The present invention relates to a quick hitch coupler for coupling an attachment such as a breaker or a bucket to an arm of heavy equipment such as a backhoe. The quick hitch coupler includes a body which includes an arm pin of the heavy equipment and a link pin fastening hole provided to fasten and unfasten an attachment pin coupled to a movable hitch and to simply and firmly achieve a safety lock during usage, and has a plate separated to be opposed and symmetric to fasten the arm of the backhoe and a push link pin of a link cylinder to the fastening hole, and a quick coupler which is formed at the lower portion of the body, and includes a fixing hook having a pin hole for hooking and fixing a first attachment pin of the attachment and a movable hitch for locking/unlocking the pin hole for inserting a second attachment pin. The quick hitch coupler comprises: a live hook assembly (2) in which a hitch (21) provided with a U-shaped opening hole (22) on one side and provided with a latch groove (23) on the other side and a first spring (24) pulled in a hitch lock direction with respect to the hitch are elastically coupled to the body; and a live lock assembly (3) in which a latch (31) rotated by an external lever and restricting the rotation of the hitch in contact with the latch groove (23) of the hitch (21) and a second spring (34) applying lifting power to the hitch with respect to the latch are coupled to the body.
본 발명은 굴삭기 등과 같은 중장비의 암에 브레이커나 버킷 등과 같은 어태치먼트(Attachment)를 결합하기 위한 퀵 히치에 관한 것으로서, 가동 히치에 결합하는 어태치먼트 핀의 체결과 해제 및 사용중 안전 록(Lock)을 간결하고 견고하게 이룰 수 있도록 중장비의 아암 핀과 링크핀 체결공을 마련하고 이 체결공에 굴삭기의 암과 링크 실린더의 푸시 링크 핀을 체결하도록 대향 대칭으로 이격한 플레이트를 갖는 몸체와, 상기 몸체의 하부에 형성되며 어태치먼트의 제 1 어태치먼트 핀을 걸어 고정하는 핀 공을 갖는 고정 훅과 제 2 어태치먼트 핀을 삽입하는 핀 공을 락/ 언락하는 가동 히치를 포함하는 퀵 커플러에 있어서, 일 측에 "U"형 개구 홀(22)을 형성하고 타 측에 래치 홈(23)을 형성하여 이루어지는 히치(21)와 상기 히치에 대해 히치 락 방향으로 당겨지는 제 1 스프링(24)을 바디에 탄성 결합하여 이루어지는 라이브 훅 어셈블리(2)와, 외부 레버에 의해 회전하며 상기 히치(21)의 래치 홈(23)에 접하여 히치의 회전을 구속하는 래치(31)와 이 래치에 대하여 상기 히치 측으로 탄발력을 가하는 제 2 스프링(34)을 바디에 결합하여 이루어지는 라이브 락 어셈블리(3)를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
