EARTHQUAKE-PROOF REINFORCEMENTAND FLAME-RETARDED COMPLEX REINFORCEMENT METHOD FOR CONCRETE STRUCTURE
The present invention relates to a method of earthquake-proof and flame-retardant composite reinforcement for a concrete structure. The method of earthquake-proof and flame-retardant composite reinforcement for the concrete structure is able to suppress a sudden collapse of a concrete structure in an event of an earthquake by performing a simple construction of attaching an earthquake-proof and flame-retardant composite material to a surface of the concrete structure such as a tunnel, a bridge, and a building; and is also able to provide a flame-retardant performance as high as flame-retardant and semi-nonflammable reference levels in the event of fire. The method of earthquake-proof and flame-retardant composite reinforcement for the concrete structure comprises: a step of manufacturing a ductile earthquake-proof fiber made of a fiber with an initial elasticity index smaller than concrete to block expansion of an outer body caused by a fracture of concrete when being attached to a surface of concrete when the earthquake is generated; a step of finishing a surface of concrete to be even; a step of manufacturing the earthquake-proof and flame-retardant composite material by mixing a flame-retardant resin composite manufactured by adding a nontoxic inorganic flame-retardant agent to a resin with the earthquake-proof fiber; a step of attaching the earthquake-proof and flame-retardant composite material to a surface of concrete; and a step of covering an outer surface of the earthquake-proof and flame-retardant composite material with a flame-retardant finishing material.
콘크리트 구조물용 내진 및 난연 복합 보강공법에 관한 것으로, 터널, 교각, 건축물 등의 콘크리트 구조물 표면에 부착하는 간단한 시공에 의해 지진 발생시 콘크리트 구조물의 급작스런 붕괴를 억제하면서도 화재 발생시에는 난연/준불연 기준등급 수준의 높은 난연성능을 발휘할 수 있도록 한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은, 초기 탄성계수가 콘크리트보다 작은 섬유를 소재로 이루어져 지진 발생시 콘크리트 표면에 부착된 상태에서 콘크리트 파괴에 따른 외관 체적 팽창을 구속할 수 있도록 한 연성의 내진섬유를 제조하는 단계와; 콘크리트 표면을 평탄하게 다듬는 단계와; 무독성의 무기난연제를 수지에 첨가하여 제조한 난연 수지조성물을 상기 내진섬유와 조합하여 내진난연 복합부재를 제조하는 단계와; 상기 내진난연 복합부재를 콘크리트 표면에 부착하는 단계와; 상기 내진난연 복합부재의 외측 표면에 난연 마감재를 도포하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
