AUTO VENTILATING APPARATUS FOR SLIDING WINDOWS AND DOORS
The present invention relates to a ventilation device for a sliding window, wherein a window or a door is opened and closed along a rail frame while being slid. The automatic ventilation device for a sliding window comprises a fixing block having a predetermined thickness; a drive motor; a first wheel having a predetermined diameter; and a second wheel. The fixing block is fixed to the inner circumferential surface of the upper or lower end of the window or the door and has a motor insertion groove and a wheel insertion groove. The drive motor is inserted into the motor insertion groove and has a spiral worm along the outer circumferential surface of a rotary shaft. The first wheel has a worm wheel engaged with the worm on one end to increase the power of the drive motor, has the other end protruding from the fixing block to the outside by a predetermined length, and is inserted into the wheel insertion groove to be able to rotate. The second wheel is inserted into the outer circumferential surface of the first wheel, is in surface contact with a guide rail having a predetermined length provided on the bottom surface of a groove between rails formed on the rail frame, and opens and closes the window or the door by rolling along the rail while rotating together with the first wheel in the rotation of the drive motor. Therefore, the present invention automatically ventilates the room by automatically opening the window or the door using the rotational force of the drive motor.
본 발명은 창문 또는 도어가 레일프레임을 따라 슬라이딩되면서 개폐되는 미닫이형 창호의 환기장치에 있어서, 상기 창문 또는 도어의 상단이나 하단 내주면에 고정되며, 모터 삽입홈 및 휠 삽입홈이 형성되는 소정두께의 고정블럭과; 상기 모터 삽입홈 내부에 삽입되며, 회전축의 외주면을 따라 나선형의 웜이 형성되는 구동모터와; 상기 구동모터의 동력을 증대시킬 수 있도록 일측 단부에는 상기 웜과 맞물리는 웜 휠이 구비되고, 타측 단부는 고정블럭으로부터 외측으로 소정길이 돌출형성되며, 상기 휠 삽입홈 내부에 회전 가능하게 삽입되는 소정직경의 제1휠; 및 상기 제1휠의 외주면에 끼움결합되며 외주면이 상기 레일프레임에 구비되는 레일과 레일 사이의 홈의 바닥면에 마련되는 소정길이의 가이드레일과 면접촉되고, 상기 구동모터 회전시 제1휠과 함께 회전하면서 레일을 따라 구름운동하여 창문 또는 도어를 개폐하는 제2휠;을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 미닫이형 창호의 자동 환기장치에를 개시한다.

The present invention relates to a ventilation device for a sliding window, wherein a window or a door is opened and closed along a rail frame while being slid. The automatic ventilation device for a sliding window comprises a fixing block having a predetermined thickness; a drive motor; a first wheel having a predetermined diameter; and a second wheel. The fixing block is fixed to the inner circumferential surface of the upper or lower end of the window or the door and has a motor insertion groove and a wheel insertion groove. The drive motor is inserted into the motor insertion groove and has a spiral worm along the outer circumferential surface of a rotary shaft. 본 발명은 창문 또는 도어가 레일프레임을 따라 슬라이딩되면서 개폐되는 미닫이형 창호의 환기장치에 있어서, 상기 창문 또는 도어의 상단이나 하단 내주면에 고정되며, 모터 삽입홈 및 휠 삽입홈이 형성되는 소정두께의 고정블럭과; 상기 모터 삽입홈 내부에 삽입되며, 회전축의 외주면을 따라 나선형의 웜이 형성되는 구동모터와; 상기 구동모터의 동력을 증대시킬 수 있도록 일측 단부에는 상기 웜과 맞물리는 웜 휠이 구비되고, 타측 단부는 고정블럭으로부터 외측으로 소정길이 돌출형성되며, 상기 휠 삽입홈 내부에 회전 가능하게 삽입되는 소정직경의 제1휠; 및 상기 제1휠의 외주면에 끼움결합되며 외주면이 상기 레일프레임에 구비되는 레일과 레일 사이의 홈의 바닥면에 마련되는 소정길이의 가이드레일과 면접촉되고, 상기 구동모터 회전시 제1휠과 함께 회전하면서 레일을 따라 구름운동하여 창문 또는 도어를 개폐하는 제2휠;을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 미닫이형 창호의 자동 환기장치에를 개시한다.
