본 발명에 따르면, 엔진, 유압펌프, 전기에너지저장장치, 엔진보조전동기, 선회전동기, 전력변환장치, 제동밸브 및 하이브리드제어장치로 구성된 하이브리드 건설기계에 있어서, 상기 하이브리드제어장치는, 차량에 탑재된 배터리로부터 동작 전원을 공급받아 하이브리드제어장치의 제어 동작을 가능하게 하는 SMPS; 작업자의 키 온 신호 입력시 상기 배터리로부터 SMPS로 동작 전원을 공급하는 VKey_On 경로를 스위칭시키는 제1스위치; 및 상기 제1스위치의 동작이 중단된 경우 상기 배터리로부터 SMPS에 동작 전원이 공급되도록 하는 VKey_Out 경로를 스위칭시키는 제2스위치를 포함하며, 상기 제2스위치는 상기 제1스위치의 동작이 중단된 상태에서 상기 선회전동기가 구동 중에 있음이 확인된 경우 스위칭되는 하이브리드 건설기계의 선회제어장치가 제공된다. 여기서, 상기 하이브리드제어장치는, 상기 제2스위치의 스위칭시 상기 제동밸브에 OFF 명령 신호를 인가함과 아울러 선회전동기의 제동 제어를 진행하여 선회전동기가 정지에 가까운 일정 회전수 이하로 회전되도록 제어한 후, 상기 제2스위치의 구동을 정지시켜 배터리로부터 공급되는 동작 전원이 차단되도록 하는 것이 바람직하다.
