The present invention relates to a finishing material connector for an outer wall and a roof of a building, which can prevent a finishing material from being torn due to strong wind. The finishing material connector for an outer wall and a roof of a building includes: a fixing end installed on a roof or an outer wall of a building; and a coupling end wherein an inner coupling end formed on one side of a finishing material installed on the roof or the outer wall of the building to be continuous is coupled to the inner side of the coupling end, and an outer coupling end formed on the other side of the finishing material is coupled to the outer side of the coupling end. Specifically, the finishing material connector for an outer wall and a roof of a building also includes: a fixing unit (10); and a moving unit. An end of the fixing end is vertically bent, so a first vertical bending end is formed in the fixing unit. An end of the first vertical bending end is vertically bent in a reverse U-shape in an opposite direction of the fixing end. So, a space is formed inside, and a second vertical bending end is formed in the fixing unit. An end of the second vertical bending end is horizontally bent in the opposite direction of the fixing end, and a horizontal bending end is formed in the fixing unit. As the first and second vertical bending ends partially cut upper parts adjacent to each other, a first cutting hole is formed in the fixing unit. As a part of the lower end of the second vertical bending end adjacent to the horizontal bending end is cut, a second cutting hole is formed in the fixing unit. The first vertical bending end passing through the first cutting hole, the space, and the second cutting hole in order is also formed in the moving unit as the end of the coupling end is vertically bent. As the end of the first vertical bending end is vertically bent, the second vertical bending end is also formed in the moving unit. A part of the second vertical bending end faces the second vertical bending end of the fixing end, and the rest part faces the first vertical bending end.
본 발명은 건축물의 지붕이나 외벽에 설치되는 고정단과, 건축물의 지붕이나 외벽에 연속적으로 설치되는 마감재의 한쪽에 형성된 내측체결단이 안쪽으로 체결되고, 마감재의 반대편 한쪽에 형성된 외측체결단이 바깥쪽에서 체결되는 체결단을 포함하는 건축물 지붕 및 외벽용 마감재 연결구에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 고정단의 끝단을 수직 절곡하여 제1수직절곡단을 형성하고, 제1수직절곡단의 끝단을 고정단의 반대 방향으로 '∩'형태로 수직 절곡하여 내부에 공간을 형성하면서 제2수직절곡단을 형성하며, 제2수직절곡단의 끝단을 고정단의 반대 방향으로 수평 절곡하여 수평절곡단을 형성하고, 제1,2수직절곡단이 서로 인접한 윗쪽을 일부 절개하여 제1절개구멍을 형성하며, 수평절곡단에 인접한 제2수직절곡단의 아래쪽을 일부 절개하여 제2절개구멍을 형성한 고정구와, 체결단의 끝단을 수직 절곡하여 순차적으로 제1절개구멍 및 공간 및 제2절개구멍을 관통하는 제1수직절곡단을 형성하고, 제1수직절곡단의 끝단을 수직 절곡하여 일부는 고정구의 제2수직절곡단을 마주보고 나머지 일부는 제1수직절곡단을 마주보는 제2수직절곡단을 형성한 이동구를 포함하는 건축물 지붕 및 외벽용 마감재 연결구에 관한 것이다.
