The present invention relates to a fixation apparatus to connect PHC pile, and a method of repairing a PHC pile which received intermediate damage. According to the present invention, the fixation apparatus to connect PHC pile comprises: a bolt housing, a joint nut to fixate the bolt housing to a lower circular plate, a wedge attached to a steel rod by being inserted to the bolt housing, a pressurizing member to pressurize the wedge, and an indention bolt screwed to the bolt housing while pressurizing the pressurizing member. According to the method of repairing the PHC pile which received an intermediate damage, an intermediately damaged pile is separated and is arranged to form a protrusion on the top; and then, shrinkage compensating high strength mortar is applied flatwise, and a joint member installed on the top. The fixation apparatus is used to firmly fixate the joint member with the steel rod, and an additional PHC pile is installed in the top of the joint member. As such, the upper part is separated while the lower part is arranged anew of the head from the damaged part of the PHC pile as datum. Next, a reinforcing PHC pile is manufactured to mutually connect the same to draw the pre-inserted PHC pile; thereby being able to prevent a delay in construction schedule, and also increasing a utilization of resources. By simply and firmly connecting the PHC pile already inserted to the ground with a newly connected PHC pile, the reduction of supporting force is able to be prevented, in accordance with the repairing method of the present invention.
본 발명은 PHC 파일 연결용 고정장치 및 이를 이용한 중파 PHC 파일의 보수 시공 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 PHC 파일 연결용 고정장치는 강봉이 삽입되는 볼트하우징과, 볼트하우징을 하부원판에 고정시키는 조인트너트 및 볼트하우징 내부에 삽입됨에 따라 강봉에 밀착되어 고정되는 왯지, 왯지를 가압하는 가압부재 및 가압부재를 가압하면서 볼트하우징에 나사결합되는 압입볼트로 구성된다. 더불어, 본 발명의 중파 PHC 파일 보수 시공 방법은 중파파일을 분리한 후 두부에 돌출부가 형성되도록 정리한 다음 무수축 고강도 몰탈을 두부에 평평하게 형성한 다음 그 위로 이음부재를 설치한 후 상기 고정장치를 이용하여 이음부재를 강봉과 견고하게 고정하고, 이음부재 상부에 별도의 PHC 파일을 설치하게 된다. 본 발명에 의해, PHC 파일의 증파된 부분을 기준으로 윗 부분은 분리고, 아랫 부분은 두부를 정리한 다음 보수를 위한 보강 PHC 파일을 제작하여 상호 연결시킴으로써 이미 삽입된 PHC 파일을 인발함에 따른 공기 지연을 방지하고 자원 활용율을 높일 수 있고, 이미 지중에 삽입된 PHC 파일과 새로이 연결되는 PHC 파일이 간단하면서도 견고하게 연결되도록 함으로써 보수에 따라 지지력이 저하되는 현상이 발생하지 않게 된다.
