RAISING BOTH HYDRAULIC JACK AND THE METHOD WITH THE SAME JACK
The present invention relates to a hydraulic jack for a lifting machine. The lifting machine which suspends a structure on a strand and lifts the structure can be used as a jack lifting an upper structure such as a beam of a bridge, the strand suspending the structure is lifted by using a rising cycle of a plunger, and lifting loss of a strand is prevented when returning. The hydraulic jack comprises: a main cylinder which is provided with a strand pipe for upward penetration of a strand in an axial direction at the inner center thereof; a lifting portion which is formed of a strand lifting plunger; an upper strand control device which is provided at the upper end of the plunger; a lower strand control device which is mounted at the lower end of the main cylinder; and an upper structure base which is installed at the upper portion of the upper strand control device. A structure suspended on the strand is lifted by operating the lifting portion, the upper strand control device, and the lower strand control device. An upper structure is lifted up by operating only the lifting portion. In addition, the present invention relates to a method of efficiently lifting a structure without lifting loss of a strand by using the hydraulic jack.
본 발명은 구조물을 강연선에 매달아 끌어올리는 인상기를 교량의 빔과 같은 상부 구조물을 들어올리는 잭으로도 활용할 수 있고, 구조물이 매달린 강연선을 플런저의 상승행정을 이용해 끌어올리고 복귀할 때 강연선의 인상 손실을 방지할 수 있는 인상기 겸용 유압잭을 제공하려는 것으로서, 내부 중심에 축선방향으로 강연선의 상향 관통용 강연선관이 설치된 메인실린더와 강연선 인상용 플런저로 된 인상부와 상기 플런저의 상단에 탑재된 상부강연선 단속장치, 메인실린더의 하단에 장착된 하부강연선 단속장치와 상부강연선 단속장치의 상부에 설치된 상부 구조물용 밑받침을 포함하여 강연선에 매단 구조물의 인상은 인상부와 상부강연선 단속장치 및 하부강연선 단속장치를 운용하고, 상부 구조물의 인상은 인상부만 운용하도록 구성한 인상기 겸용 유압잭, 및 이를 이용하여 강연선의 인상 손실 없이 효율적으로 구조물을 인상하는 방법을 특징으로 한다.
