The present invention relates to a curtain wall assembly capable of improving a performance of insulation through preparation of a structure of precisely maintaining airtightness. The present invention comprises: a finishing cap to support a front surface of a glass part which is an exterior side; a supporting unit including a fixing frame which supports a rear surface of the glass part which is an interior side, and disposed apart from the finishing cap; a connecting unit including a plurality of heat insulating members connecting the finishing cap to the fixated frame; and a packing attached to an upper surface or a lower surface of one of the plurality of heat insulating members and being in close contact with an edge of the glass part to perform a heat insulating function.
본 발명은 실외측인 유리부의 전면을 지지하는 마감캡과, 실내측인 유리부의 후면을 지지하고 마감캡과 이격하여 배치되는 고정프레임을 포함하는 지지 유닛과, 마감캡과 고정프레임을 서로 연결하는 복수의 단열부재를 포함하는 연결 유닛과, 복수의 단열부재 중 하나의 단열부재의 상면 또는 하면에 장착되어 유리부의 가장자리에 밀착되어 단열 기능을 수행하는 패킹을 포함하는 구조로부터, 확실한 기밀 유지 구조의 마련을 통하여 단열 성능까지 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 커튼월 어셈블리에 관한 것이다.
