The present invention relates to a movement prevention device of a ladder vehicle and, more specifically, to a movement prevention device of a ladder vehicle which allows a transport car moved along a ladder boom to maintain a stable position without moving even if the center of gravity is moved when loading and unloading freight by automatically fixing the position of the transport car when the transport car reaches a foremost work position or the center of gravity is moved by an angle change of a loading compartment. A ladder vehicle (1) comprises: a boom (10) coupled to adjust an angle by an angle adjustment cylinder (4) while being loaded on the vehicle (1), and overlapped to be extended and contracted in multiple stages while a guide plate (11) is integrated thereinto; and a transport car (20) which is lifted and moved by drive of a winch means while guide rollers (21) come in contact with the guide plate (11) of the boom (10), and has a loading base (24) loaded on an upper portion of a frame (23). A position where the transport car (20) reaches a foremost end is considered to transversely fix and install a stopper bar (30) on the boom (10). A lock member (40) with a grooved stopping groove (41) is fixed and installed on the frame (23) of the transport car (20) to be inserted into the stopper bar (30).
본 발명은 사다리차의 유동 방지장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 사다리 붐을 따라 이동되는 운반카가 최선단의 작업 위치로 도달할 때 자동으로 그 자세를 고정시키는 것에 의해 화물을 싣고 내릴 때 발생되는 무게중심의 이동이나, 적재함의 각도 변경으로 무게중심이 이동되더라도 운반카가 유동되지 않고 안정된 자세를 유지할 수 있도록 발명된 것이다. 본 발명의 구성은 차량(1)에 탑재된 상태로 각도조절 실린더(4)로 각도 조절할 수 있게 결합되며, 가이드판(11)이 일체로 성형된 상태로 다단으로 신축 가능하게 중첩되는 붐대(10)와, 이 붐대(10)의 가이드판(11)에 안내로울러(21)들이 접촉된 상태로 윈치수단의 구동으로 승강 이동되며, 후레임(23)의 상부로 적재대(24)가 탑재되는 운반카(20)를 구비하는 사다리차(1)에 있어서, 상기 붐대(10)에는 운반카(20)가 최선단에 도달하는 위치를 감안하여 스토퍼바(30)를 횡으로 고정 설치하고, 상기 운반카(20)의 후레임(23)에는 이 스토퍼바(30)에 끼워지도록 걸림홈(41)이 파여지는 로크부재(40)를 고정 설치하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
