Prefabrication Type ondol panel
The present invention relates to an assembly-type ondol (Korean floor heating system) panel. The assembly-type ondol panel is installed on the top surface of a floor slab surface (200) during an ondol construction, can dispose and fix a heating pipe (130) in a zigzag shape in an overall heating region, and has a concave shape. The assembly-type ondol panel comprises: a pipe fixing and protruding unit (110) formed in a rectangular plate-shaped assembly-type block structure molded and produced by mixing an inorganic material binder, a hardening material, and a heat storage material having a heat storage function, and protruding in circular, semi-circular, and fan shapes at regular arrangement intervals on the top surface thereof; a panel body (100) having a pipe seating groove (111) and a pipe fitting groove (113) formed in concave groove shapes in the pipe fixing protruding unit (110), and multiple key grooves (112) formed at a predetermined length to connect adjacent ondol panels to each other by fitting a key-shaped connection fixing bar (140) to the sides of a bottom surface side thereof; and a lid body (120) fitted and inserted to face the pipe seating groove (111) of the panel body (100) after a heating pipe (130) is piped along the pipe seating groove (111) and the pipe fitting groove (113) of the panel body (100), covered while being fitted and inserted into the heating pipe (130), having a top surface coinciding with the top surface of the pipe fixing and protruding unit (110), and maintaining the top end surface of the ondol panel flatly.
본 발명은 조립식 온돌패널에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 온돌 난방시공 시 바닥 슬라브면(200)의 상면에 설치되어 난방배관(130)을 전체 난방 영역에 지그재그 형태로 배관이 이루어질 수 있도록 배치 고정할 수 있는 블록 형태를 갖는 조립식 온돌패널에 있어서, 상기 온돌패널은, 무기질 소재의 결합재 및 경화재와 축열 기능을 갖는 축열재를 혼합하여 성형 제조되는 사각형 판상의 조립식 블록구조로 형성되어, 상면에 일정한 배열 간격을 두고 원형, 반원형 및 부채꼴 형태로 돌출 형성된 배관고정돌출부(110)와, 이 배관고정돌출부(110) 사이에 요홈 형태로 형성된 배관안착홈(111) 및 배관끼움홈(113)과, 저면쪽 사방변에 키 형태의 연결고정바(140)를 끼워서 인접한 온돌패널을 서로 연결할 수 있게 일정 길이로 형성된 다수의 키홈(112)을 갖추고 있는 패널본체(100)와, 상기 패널본체(100)의 배관안착홈(111) 및 배관끼움홈(113)을 따라 난방배관(130)이 배관된 이후에 패널본체(100)의 배관안착홈(111)에 대향되게 끼움 삽입되어 난방배관(130) 상에 끼움 삽입되는 상태로 덮어줌과 동시에 상면이 배관고정돌출부(110)의 상면과 일치되어 온돌패널의 상단면을 평평하게 유지시켜 주는 뚜껑체(120)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
