The present invention relates to a manufacturing apparatus of modified ascon comprising: a first raw material supply unit provided with ascon to supply heat to the ascon; a second raw material supply unit provided with modified material; a third raw material supply unit provided with waste tire powder; a first supply unit connected to the first raw material supply unit supplying the ascon to a screw mixer; a second supply unit connected to the second raw material supply unit, and supplying the modified material to the screw mixer; a third supply unit connected to the third raw material supply unit, and supplying waste tire powder to the screw mixer; the screw mixer to mix the ascon, the modified material, and the waste tire powder supplied through first to third supply units to manufacture a modified ascon; and a rotary mixer to store the modified ascon transferred from the screw mixer and mixing the modified ascon with rotation wherein the rotary mixer is provided in a cylindrical shape including an impeller which rotates in opposite direction to the rotary mixer, a rotary inlet through which the modified ascon is introduced is provided on a lower surface of the rotary mixer, a rotary outlet through which the modified ascon discharged is provided on a side surface of the rotary mixer, and a heat exchanger which surrounds at least a part of the rotary mixer supplying heat to the rotary mixer provided on an outer surface of the rotary mixer. An objective of the present invention is to provide the apparatus capable of manufacturing the modified ascon having physical properties equivalent to physical properties of novel ascon alone even though the modified ascon contains the waste tire powder.
본 발명은 아스콘이 구비되어 상기 아스콘으로 열을 공급하는 제1 원료공급부; 개질재가 구비된 제2 원료공급부; 폐타이어분말을 구비하는 제3 원료공급부; 상기 제1 원료공급부와 연결되어 스크류믹서로 아스콘을 공급하는 제1 공급부; 상기 제2 원료공급부와 연결되어 스크류믹서로 개질재를 공급하는 제2 공급부; 상기 제3 원료공급부와 연결되어 스크류믹서로 폐타이어분말을 공급하는 제3 공급부; 상기 제1 내지 제3 공급부를 통하여 공급받은 아스콘, 개질재, 폐타이어분말을 혼합하여 개질아스콘을 제조하는 스크류믹서; 상기 스크류믹서에서 전달받은 개질아스콘을 수납하여 회전하면서 혼합하는 로터리믹서;를 포함하고, 상기 로터리믹서는 원통형으로 구비되어 내부에 상기 로터리믹서와 반대방향으로 회전하는 임펠러가 구비되고, 상기 로터리믹서의 하부면에는 상기 개질아스콘이 유입되는 로터리인렛이 구비되고, 상기 로터리믹서의 측면에는 상기 개질아스콘이 배출되는 로터리아웃렛이 구비되며, 상기 로터리믹서의 외면에는 상기 로터리믹서의 적어도 일부를 감싸도록 구비되어 상기 로터리믹서로 열을 공급하는 열교환기가 구비되는 개질아스콘의 제조장치에 대한 것이다.
