PILE HAMMERING APPARATUS FOR NOISE REDUCTION AND PILE CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREWITH
The present invention relates to a pile hammering apparatus for noise prevention and a pile construction method using the same. According to the present invention, noise occurring from pile hammering operation can be prevented so that pile construction can be performed in an environmentally friendly way, and assembly and disassembly and movement of the pile hammering apparatus can be easily implemented while the pile construction method can be used jointly with a pile driving and piling method. The pile hammering apparatus for noise prevention comprises: a pile driver set on a head portion of an exposed pile; an exterior portion housing set to cover all around the exposed pile, the pile driver, and an original spot of piling, and installed with a sound absorption material in an inner side surface; and an inner portion supporting body integrated with the exterior portion housing installed with the sound absorption material and formed with a piling guide portion so that a driver disposed in an interior portion thereof can move in a vertical direction. By using the present invention, a noise due to a sound source occurred in the head portion of the pile as the original spot of piling and a noise generated by being transferred to the driver and the pile from the sound source can be all prevented.
파일항타 작업에 따른 소음을 차단하여 친환경적으로 파일 시공이 가능하면서도, 조립 설치 및 해체와 이동이 용이하면서 항타 및 매입공법을 병용할 수 있는 소음차단 파일항타장치 및 이를 이용한 파일시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 소음차단 파일항타장치는 노출된 파일 두부에 세팅된 항타기; 노출된 파일, 항타기, 항타 원점 주위 모두를 감싸도록 세팅되며 내측면에 흡음재가 설치된 외부하우징; 상기 흡음재가 설치된 외부하우징과 일체화되어 내부에 위치한 항타기가 상,하 이동할 수 있도록 항타기 가이드부가 형성된 내부지지체;를 포함하여 항타원점인 파일 두부에서 발생하는 음원에 의한 소음 및 상기 음원으로부터 항타기와 파일에 전달되어 발생하는 소음을 모두 차단할 수 있도록 하도록 한다.
