The present invention provides a PHC pile construction method using a detachable auxiliary pile capable of being applied to a case a construction site is narrow, and a depth to be excavated is deep, preventing a loss of materials by having no necessity to cut a pile in case of excavation, improving bearing power of the pile by driving the pile in the state the auxiliary pile is firmly connected to the PHC pile, and validating the bearing power. A PHC pile construction method using a detachable auxiliary pile according to an appropriate embodiment of the present invention includes: (a) a step of drilling an excavation hole in the ground to a predetermined depth with augur equipment; (b) a step of inserting a PHC pile into a service hole and then coupling a high-tension bolt to a steel wire nut of the PHC pile; (c) a step of connecting the auxiliary pile to the high-tension bolt of the PHC pile with a detachable pile connecting means; (d) a step of towing the PHC pile and the auxiliary pile out of the service hole with a crane; (e) a step of embedding the towed auxiliary pile and the towed PHC pile into the excavation hole; (f) a pile-driving step of driving the auxiliary pile to make the PHC pile penetrate the ground; (g) a step of removing the auxiliary pile from the PHC pile by towing the auxiliary pile (40) out of the excavation hole after separating the auxiliary pile from the PHC pile by rotating the auxiliary pile; and (h) a step of backfilling the excavation hole with soil from which the auxiliary pile was removed.
본 발명은 시공부지가 좁고 굴착심도가 깊은 경우에 적용할 수 있고, 굴착시 파일 컷팅이 필요 없어져 자재손실이 방지되고, 보조항이 PHC 파일에 확고하게 연결된 상태에서 경타가 이루어져 파일 지지력이 향상되고 지지력 확인이 되도록 한 착탈식 보조항을 이용한 PHC 파일의 시공 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 적절한 실시 형태에 따른 착탈식 보조항을 이용한 PHC 파일의 시공 방법은, (a) 오거 장비를 이용하여 지반에 일정 깊이로 천공홀을 시공하는 단계와; (b) 서비스홀에 PHC 파일을 인입시켜 놓고, PHC 파일의 강선너트에 고장력 볼트를 체결하는 단계와; (c) 상기 PHC 파일측 고장력 볼트에 착탈식 보조항 연결수단을 이용하여 보조항을 연결시키는 단계와; (d) 상기 보조항과 PHC 파일을 크레인을 이용하여 서비스홀에서 인양하는 단계와; (e) 인양된 보조항과 PHC 파일을 천공홀에 근입시켜 놓는 단계와; (f) PHC 파일이 지지지반에 관입되도록 보조항을 경타하는 항타 단계와; (g) 보조항을 회전시켜 PHC 파일에서 보조항의 연결을 분리시킨 후 보조항(40)을 인양하여 PHC 파일에서 제거하는 단계와; (h) 보조항이 제거된 천공홀에 토사로 홀 되메우기를 하는 단계;를 거쳐서 시공되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
