According to an embodiment of the present invention, a handrail assembly is installed in a folding stair which has a usage state implemented by a relative withdrawal of a plurality of layers including a first layer and a second layer, and has a storage state implemented by a relative concealment. The handrail assembly comprises: a handrail unit connected to the second layer which is an upper layer of the first layer to implement a function of a handrail on the folding stair in the usage state; and a control unit connected to the first layer wherein the control unit allows the function of a handrail by the handrail unit to be lost when the first layer is hidden into a lower space of the second layer, and the folding stair changed from the usage state to the storage state implementing a function of a handrail by the handrail unit when the first layer is withdrawn from a lower space of the second layer and the folding stair is changed from the storage state to the usage state. The control unit changes the state of the handrail unit at the same time when the first layer starts to be hidden into the lower space in order to change the folding stair from the usage state to the storage state.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 난간 조립체는, 접이식 계단 - 상기 접이식 계단은, 제1 단 및 제2 단을 포함하는 복수의 단의 상대적인 인출에 의해 사용 상태가 구현되고 상대적인 은닉에 의해 보관 상태가 구현됨 - 에 설치되는 난간 조립체에 있어서, 상기 제1 단의 상위 단인 상기 제2 단에 연결되어, 사용 상태에 있는 상기 접이식 계단에 난간의 기능이 구현되도록 하는 난간부; 및 상기 제1 단이 상기 제2 단의 하측 공간으로 은닉되어, 상기 접이식 계단이 상기 사용 상태에서 상기 보관 상태로 변화되는 경우, 상기 난간부에 의한 상기 난간의 기능이 상실되도록 하고, 상기 제1 단이 상기 제2 단의 하측 공간으로부터 인출되어, 상기 접이식 계단이 상기 보관 상태에서 상기 사용 상태로 변화되는 경우, 상기 난간부에 의한 상기 난간의 기능이 구현되도록, 상기 제1 단에 연결되는 제어부;를 포함하며, 상기 제어부는, 상기 접이식 계단이 상기 사용 상태에서 상기 보관 상태로 변화되기 위해, 상기 제1 단이 상기 하측 공간으로 은닉되기 시작하는 시점과 동시에 상기 난간부의 상태를 변화시키는 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다.
