FIELD ASSEMBLY TYPE GRATING FOR GUTTER
The present invention relates to a gutter grating for site assembly. A side support part, a front support part, and a rear support part of a grating unit are simply formed by press-cutting and bending a steel plate. The gutter grating is simply assembled at a site by inserting an extension part having a stopping protrusion formed on the front support part into a stopping slot formed on a rear support part. An escape is effectively prevented by the stopping protrusion formed on the extension part. Therefore, a separate assembly tool is not needed to have high construction efficiency. Since only a damaged unit needs to be replaced when damaged, maintenance and repair costs can be reduced. The gutter grating can be applied to a curved gutter as well as a straight gutter. Since the gutter grating is manufactured by pressing and bending a steel plate instead of casting, the gutter grating has high economic efficiency. A bank line for flow velocity reduction is formed on an outer surface to have flow velocity reduction and rainwater overflow prevention functions. An arch-shaped middle upper plate is selectively employed to operate as a speed bump. A support is added to minimize noise by subsidence of a middle portion by a weight of a passing vehicle.
본 발명은 현장 조립형 배수 그레이팅에 관한 것으로서, 그레이팅 유닛의 측면 지지부와, 전면 지지부 및 배면 지지부를 강판의 프레스 커팅 및 절곡에 의하여 간단히 형성됨과 아울러, 전면 지지부에 형성되는 걸림턱을 가지는 연장부를 배면 지지부에 형성되는 걸림 슬롯에 끼워 넣는 것에 의해 간단히 현장 조립 가능하며 연장부에 형성되는 걸림턱에 의하여 이탈이 효과적으로 방지되므로, 별도의 조립 공구가 필요치 않아 높은 시공 효율성을 가지며, 파손 시 파손 유닛만을 교체하면 되므로 유지보수비용의 절감이 가능하고, 직선 배수로는 물론, 곡선 배수로에도 적용 가능하며, 주물 제작이 아닌 철판 프레싱 및 절곡에 의하여 제작되므로 높은 경제성을 지님과 아울러, 외표면에는 유속 저하용 뱅크 라인(bank line)이 형성되어 있어 유속 저하 및 빗물 넘침 방지 기능을 보유하며, 선택적으로는 아치형 중앙 상판을 채택함으로써 과속 방지턱 역할을 겸용할 수 있음과 아울러, 지지대를 부가함으로써 통과 차량의 하중에 의한 중앙부 침하로 인한 소음 발생 우려를 최소화할 수가 있다.
