The present invention provides a device for manufacturing heating asphalt concrete. According to the present invention, the device for manufacturing the heating asphalt concrete includes: a first cold bin having multiple hoppers; a first conveyor transferring recycled aggregates; a heating dryer heating the recycled aggregates transferred by the first conveyor; a transfer elevator transferring the recycled aggregates discharged from the heating dryer to a vibration screen; the vibration screen sorting the recycled aggregates placed inside by the transfer elevator by a size; a hot bin including multiple hoppers in which the recycled aggregates sorted by the vibration screen are placed inside; a measuring hopper temporarily storing the recycled aggregates discharged through the hot bin; and a heating asphalt concrete supply unit including a mixer mixing liquid asphalt and the recycled aggregates discharged by the measuring hopper. The mixer comprises: a block-shaped fixing frame; and a fixing bracket fixed to the upper part of the fixing frame. Therefore, the device for manufacturing the heating asphalt concrete can easily reduce a processing time and can improve quality of an object placed inside for mixing in a final mixing process.
본 발명은, 순환골재가 투입되는 복수의 호퍼를 갖는 제1 콜드빈과, 상기 제1 콜드빈의 하부에 설치되어 순환골재를 이송하는 제1 컨베이어와, 상기 제1 컨베이어에 의해 이송된 순환골재를 가열하는 가열건조기와, 상기 가열건조기로부터 배출된 순환골재를 진동스크린으로 이송시키는 이송엘리베이터와, 상기 이송엘리베이터를 통해 투입되는 순환골재를 크기별로 선별하는 진동스크린과, 상기 진동스크린을 통해 선별된 순환골재가 각각 투입되는 복수의 호퍼를 갖는 핫빈과, 상기 핫빈을 통해 배출되는 순환골재를 일시 저장하는 계량호퍼와, 상기 계량호퍼를 통해 배출되는 순환골재, 액체 아스팔트를 혼합하는 혼합기를 포함하는 가열아스콘공급유닛을 포함하며, 상기 혼합기는, 블록 형상의 고정프레임 및 상기 고정프레임의 상부에 고정되는 고정브라켓으로 이루어지며, 상기 고정프레임은 상호 결합되는 복수의 고정빔으로 이루어지고, 상기 고정브라켓의 일측에는 외부로부터 유입되는 유입물인 물, 유화아스팔트 및 첨가제의 중량을 누적 측정할 수 있는 로드셀 하중계가 구비되는 탱크 고정부와, 상호 결합된 상태에서 내부에 공동부가 형성되도록 하는 탱크상판, 탱크본체 및 탱크하판으로 이루어지며, 상기 탱크상판에는 물, 유화아스팔트 및 첨가제가 유입되는 복수의 소재 공급관이 형성되고, 상기 탱크본체는 상기 고정브라켓에 고정되며, 상기 탱크하판의 하부에는 토출구가 형성되고, 상기 탱크본체와 탱크하판의 외주면에는 상온유지 열선이 구비되는 프리믹싱 탱크부와, 상기 탱크상판의 상부에 장착되는 믹싱모터, 상기 프리믹싱 탱크부에 내장된 상태에서 상기 믹싱모터와 연결되는 교반축, 상기 교반축에 고정되는 믹싱암과 상기 탱크하판의 바닥면에 고정된 상태에서 상기 교반축의 하단부를 베어링 지지하는 축지지대를 포함하는 프리믹싱부; 및 상기 탱크 본체의 내벽에 적어도 일부에 구비되어 유입되는 유입물에 대하여 진동을 발생시켜 반탄력을 가하기 위한 반탄유닛을 포함하는 가열아스콘 제조장치를 제공한다. 따라서, 최종 교반시 교반을 위한 투입물의 품질 향상과 가공 소요 시간의 절감이 용이한 가열아스콘 제조장치를 제공할 수 있다.

The present invention provides a device for manufacturing heating asphalt concrete.
