The present invention relates to a structure of fixating an exterior panel for a building. More specifically, the structure of fixating an exterior panel for a building is capable of firmly fixating the exterior panel to an outer wall of a building while preventing the exterior panel from sagging. The structure of fixating an exterior panel for the building comprises: a wall surface fixture having a vertical fixture fixated to the wall surface of the building, and a wall surface coupling groove formed on an opposite side of the wall surface; a panel fixture with a panel support formed on a front of the wall surface fixture having a panel coupling groove formed on one side facing the wall surface coupling groove and interval adjuster coupling grooves formed vertically on upper and lower ends opposite to the panel coupling groove; a fixing coupler having a support fixing portion with one side coupled to the wall surface coupling groove and a fixing step formed in a longitudinal direction thereof and a support coupling portion with one side coupled to the wall surface coupling groove and a fixing projection formed on an outer surface thereof, wherein the fixing projection is fixated to the fixing step while being adjusted in length by the fixing step; a fixing cover separately formed with an upper and a lower cover, covering outer surfaces of the wall surface coupling groove of the wall surface fixture and the panel coupling groove of the panel fixture; auxiliary fixtures formed at regular intervals on upper and lower portions of the wall surface fixture and the panel fixture, and having a horizontal surface and a vertical surface fixated on the wall surface of the building forming right angles and the interval adjustor coupling groove formed on an end of the vertical surface; an interval fixture disposed between the interval adjustor coupling groove of the panel fixture and the interval adjustor coupling groove of the auxiliary fixture made of rubber or silicone; and a sagging prevention means with a supply pipe disposed on the wall surface fixture and between the panel fixture and the auxiliary fixture, and having air pouches installed in the cover and inside the cover and an opening and closing valve penetrating the wall surface of the building supplying air when an air supply apparatus disposed outside the building is in operation.

본 발명은 건축물용 외장패널 고정구조에 관한 것으로서, 건축물의 벽면에 수직 고정부가 고정결합되고 반대 측에는 벽면 결합홈이 형성되는 벽면 고정구; 상기 벽면 고정구의 전방에 배치되고, 벽면 결합홈과 마주하는 일측면에 패널 결합홈이 형성되고, 상기 패널 결합홈의 반대 측 끝단 상·하부에는 수직방향으로 끝단에 간격 조절구 결합홈이 형성되는 패널 지지부가 형성되는 패널 고정구; 상기 벽면 결합홈에 일 측이 결합되고 내부에는 길이방향으로 고정턱이 형성되는 지지 고정부와 상기 패널 결합홈에 일 측이 결합되고 외면에는 상기 고정턱에 길이 조절되면서 고정될 수 있도록 고정돌기가 형성되는 지지 결합부로 구성되는 고정 결합구; 상·하부 커버로 분리형성되고, 상기 벽면 고정구의 벽면 결합홈과 패널 고정구의 패널 결합홈의 외면을 감싸는 고정 커버; 상기 벽면 고정구 및 패널 고정구의 상·하부에 간격을 두고 장착되고, 건축물의 벽면에 고정되는 수평면과 수직면이 직각형상으로 형성되고, 상기 수직면의 끝단으로 간격 조절구 결합홈이 형성되는 보조 고정구; 상기 패널 고정구의 간격 조절구 결합홈과 보조 고정구의 간격 조절구 결합홈의 사이에 장착되고 고무 또는 실리콘으로 형성되는 간격 고정구; 상기 벽면 고정구 및 패널 고정구와 보조 고정구의 사이에 장착되고, 커버와 상기 커버의 내부에 장착되는 공기주머니 및 건축물의 벽면을 관통하고 외부에 위치하는 공기 공급장치의 작동시 공기를 공급하는 개폐밸브가 구비된 공급배관으로 구성되는 처짐방지수단;을 포함하여 이루어진다.
