Inking Line Sleeve
The present invention relates to a measuring line sleeve and, more specifically, relates to a technique to form a measuring line sleeve which is to form a through hole which a measuring line for vertical measurement between an upper layer and a lower layer when a building is constructed passes through in a slab construction process. According to the present invention, the measuring line sleeve comprises: a head formed on an upper end having a polygonal outer circumference; a body unit having a first vertical through hole on an inner circumference having a lower end fixated and mounted onto a mold wherein the body unit installed in a truncated cone shape with a wide center and a narrow lower part; a fixing nut inserted by vertically passing through the inside of the body unit having a thread on an outer circumference wherein the fixing nut is mounted on an upper surface of the head by being connected to the thread; and a vertical support connected to a stopper and a holder unit to fixate the body unit to the mold. The stopper of the vertical support is connected to the holder unit by a hinge, and is installed in order for a gravity center to be biased to one side. The holder unit of the vertical support includes a stopping protrusion to locate the stopper to be inclined at a fixated angle.
본 발명은 먹줄 슬리브에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 건축물 축조 시 상하층 간 수직측정용 먹줄이 통과하는 관통공이 슬래브 공사 과정에서 형성될 수 있도록 하는 먹줄 슬리브 구현 기술에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 먹줄 슬리브는, 상단부에는 외주면이 다각형으로 형성되는 헤드가 구비되고, 중앙부는 넓고 하단부는 좁은 원뿔대 형상으로 구비되며, 내주부에는 제1수직관통공이 형성되고, 하단부가 거푸집에 고정 장착되는 몸체부와 상기 몸체부 내부로 수직 관통하여 삽입되고, 외주면에 나사선이 형성되며, 상기 나사선과 결합되어 상기 헤드의 상부면에 안착되는 고정너트와, 상기 몸체부를 거푸집에 고정시키기 위한 홀더부와 스토퍼가 결합된 수직지지대를 포함하는 먹줄 슬리브에 있어서, 상기 수직지지대의 상기 스토퍼는 상기 홀더부에 힌지결합되면서 일측으로 무게중심이 편향되게 구비되고, 상기 수직지지대의 상기 홀더부에는 상기 스토퍼가 일정한 각도로 경사지게 위치시킬 수 있는 멈춤돌기가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
