A method of manufacturing a water permeable block using a regenerated synthetic resin and a water permeable block
Disclosed are a method of manufacturing a permeable block using a recycled synthetic resin and a permeable block produced thereby. The manufacturing method comprises: a fine aggregate heating step (S10) of heating a fine aggregate at the predetermined temperature by injecting the fine aggregate into a primary heating furnace; a fine aggregate heat reserving step (S20) of inserting the heated fine aggregate into a secondary heating furnace to reserve the heat of the fine aggregate so that the heated temperature of the fine aggregate is kept constant; a melting step (S30) of putting the fine aggregate discharged from the secondary heating furnace and the recycled synthetic resin crushed to a predetermined size into a melting furnace to melt the recycled synthetic resin by the temperature of the fine aggregate; a mixing step (S40) of inputting the molten resin and the fine aggregate into a mixer, heating the mixer to the temperature of 220 to 290C, and rotating the mixer at a rotating speed of 10 to 30 rpm to mix the fine aggregate and the molten recycled synthetic resin; a molding step (S50) of inputting the mixture of the molten resin and the fine aggregate into a mold, and molding the permeable block by press-molding at a pressure of 30 to 40 MPa; and a cooling step (S60) for uniformly cooling the surface and the interior of the formed permeable block for 15 to 20 seconds.
재생 합성수지를 이용한 투수블록의 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 투수블록이 개시되어 있다. 이 중, 제조방법은 잔골재를 1차 가열로에 투입하여 잔골재를 소정온도로 가열하는 잔골재 가열단계(S10); 상기 가열된 잔골재를 2차 가열로로 투입하여 잔골재의 가열된 온도가 일정하게 유지되도록 보온하는 잔골재 보온단계(S20); 상기 2차 가열로로부터 배출되는 잔골재와 일정크기로 분쇄된 재생 합성수지를 융용로에 투입하여, 잔골재의 온도에 의해 재생 합성수지를 용융시키는 용융단계(S30); 상기 용융수지와 잔골재를 믹서에 투입하되, 믹서 내부의 온도는 220 ~ 290℃가 되도록 가열하고, 믹서의 회전속도는 10 ~ 30rpm의 속도로 회전시켜서 잔골재와 용융된 재생 합성수지를 혼합시키는 혼합단계(S40); 상기 혼합된 용융수지와 잔골재를 몰드에 투입하고, 30 ~ 40MPa의 압력으로 가압 성형하여 투수블록을 성형하는 성형단계(S50); 및 상기 성형된 투수블록의 표면 및 내부를 15 ~ 20sec 동안 고르게 냉각시키는 냉각단계(S60)를 포함하는 것이다.
