The present invention relates to a complex waterproof structure for reducing stress and improving air permeability using a waterproof sheet and to a constructing method thereof. To be more specifically, the present invention relates to a complex waterproof structure for reducing stress and improving air permeability using a waterproof sheet and to a waterproof constructing method, which reduce stress concentrated on a connection part of a waterproof sheet and improve air permeability between a connection part of the waterproof sheet, attached to a surface to be waterproof of a roof slave or a roof, and a virtual range. 본 발명은 방수시트를 이용한 연결부위의 응력감소 및 통기성 복합방수구조 및 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로는 방수시트의 연결부위에 집중되는 응력을 감소시키면서 옥상 슬래브나 지붕 등의 방수대상면과 접착되는 방수시트의 연결부위 및 가상범위 사이에 통기성을 개선하는 방수시트를 이용한 응력감소 및 통기성 복합방수구조와 방수공법에 관한 것으로서, 방수시트의 가상범위가 관통구를 통해 방수대상면에 점 접착됨으로써 방수시트 연결부위에 가해지는 집중 응력을 감소시킬 뿐 아니라 점 점착된 사이의 공간을 통해 통기가 이루어지고, 현장에서 방수시트 연결부위를 방수대상면에 즉시 부착할 수 있어서 건물옥상에 부는 바람 등의 영향을 받지 않고 방수시트 상부에 도막방수재 도포작업 등을 간편하게 할 수 있으며, 또한 탈기반을 통해 공기를 주입하고 공기가 빠지지 않게 잠금밸브를 잠근 다음 공기가 빠져나가는 소리 등으로 방수하자 부위를 간단하게 찾음으로써 신속하게 점검, 보수 등을 할 수 있다.
