Composition for manufacturing filler for artificial turf
The present invention relates to a wooden powder matrix-based filler for eco-friendly artificial turf, a method for manufacturing the same, a composition for manufacturing the filler, and the artificial turf comprising the filler. According to the present invention, the filler for eco-friendly artificial turf is manufactured with the wooden powder as a main material, such that the filler does not produce heavy metals and is found to be harmless to the human body. In addition, it was confirmed that the filler can be reproduced in an eco-friendly manner as the filler is recycled completely after the end of service life. Furthermore, when analyzing the appearance and durability of the filler manufactured with the wooden powder, shape deformation, bur, and the like are not detected. In addition, it was confirmed that the hardness of the filler was from 77 to 88 so the filler was neither too stiff nor too soft, such that there was no shape deformation after construction, the level of dust generation was acceptable, and the filler had excellent wear resistance. In addition, when evaluating a shock absorption rate and a vertical strain ratio according to a filling amount, the shock absorption rate was 50% or higher, and the vertical strain ratio was between 3 to 10 mm, such that it was confirmed that the filler met A-1 grade in accordance with artificial turf KS M 3888-1:2013 system quality standard, thereby being able to be used as a filler for the eco-friendly artificial turf.
본 발명은 목분 매트릭스 기반 친환경 인조잔디용 충진재, 이의 제조방법, 상기 충진재 제조용 조성물 및 상기 충진재를 포함하는 인조잔디에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 목분을 주원료로 하여 제조된 친환경 인조잔디용 충진재는 중금속이 발생하지 않고 인체에 무해함을 확인하였으며, 또한, 사용수명이 다한 후 100% 리사이클이 가능하여, 친환경적으로 재생이 가능함을 확인하였다. 아울러, 목분을 이용하여 제조한 충진재의 외관과 내구성을 분석한 결과 형태변형, 이바리 등의 현상이 관찰되지 않았으며, 경도도 77-88로 너무 딱딱하거나 무르지 않아서, 실제 시공 후에 형태변형이 없었으며, 분진 발생 정도도 양호하여 내마모성이 우수함을 확인하였다. 아울러, 충진량에 따른 충격흡수성 및 수직변형률을 평가한 결과, 충격흡수성이 50% 이상 이였고, 수직변형률도 3-10mm 사이에 해당하여 인조잔디 KS M 3888-1:2013 시스템 품질 기준에 따른 A-1 grade를 만족하는 것을 확인하여 친환경적인 인조잔디용 충진재로 적용이 가능하다.
