LONG-SPAN COMPOSITE BEAM USING SQUARE SHAPE STEEL PIPE FOR SLIM FLOOR AND THE CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREFOR
The present invention relates to a long-span height reduction-type composite beam using a square-shaped steel pipe and a method of constructing the same. The composite beam is configured such that it is possible to install a long-span intermediate column when connecting the composite beam between column structures, floor height can be reduced, and the composite beam is advantageous to local buckling and transverse buckling deformation, thereby being useful in a workpiece parking lot as the composite beam uses the square-shaped steel pipe. The long-span height reduction-type composite beam using the square-shaped steel pipe comprises: high-strength lower flange which is a high-strength steel plate or a horizontal square-shaped pipe and bearing tensile stress applied by a working load; both abdomen square-shaped steel pipes spaced apart from each other on both sides of an upper surface of the high-strength lower flange to have an inner space (S) therebetween, wherein the inner sides are filled with a low-density backfill and slab concrete; the low-density backfill comprising an EPS block and low-density concrete formed to fill the high-strength lower flange, which is the horizontal square-shaped pipe, the both abdomen square-shaped steel pipes, and the inner space (S); and a front end connection material installed on the both abdomen square-shaped steel pipes to be synthesized with the placed slab concrete.
기둥구조물 사이에 합성보가 연결되도록 시공함에 있어서 장스팬화에 따른 중간기둥 설치가 가능하며 층고저감이 가능하도록 하되, 국부좌굴이나 횡좌굴 변형에 유리하여 공작물 주차장에 유용한 각형강관을 이용한 각형강관을 이용한 장스팬 층고절감형 합성보 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 각형강관을 이용한 장스팬 층고절감형 합성보는 고강도 강판 또는 수평각관으로서 작용하중에 의하여 인장응력을 부담하는 고강도 하부플랜지; 상기 고강도 하부플랜지 상면 양 측단에 내측으로 경량채움재, 슬래브콘크리트가 채워질 수 있도록 이격되어 내측공간(S)이 형성되도록 형성된 양 복부각형강관; 상기 수평각관인 고강도 하부플랜지, 양 복부각형강관, 내측공간(S)에 충진되도록 형성된 EPS 블록, 경량콘크리트를 포함하는 경량채움재; 타설되는 슬래브콘크리트와의 합성을 위하여 상기 양 복부각형강관에 설치된 전단연결재;를 포함한다.
