Front expanded anchor and pretension nail constructing method using thereof
According to the present invention, provided is an anchor with an expanded front end, comprising: an anchor body having a hollow cylindrical shape and an expanded front end to be hooked and supported on ground of an inner circumferential surface of a hollow wall so as to generate a resistance force; a fixing block located on a rear end side of the anchor body and fixed to an end of the hollow wall such that when the anchor body is inserted into an inner surface of the hollow wall, the anchor body is in a position parallel to a center of the hollow wall; a cone-shaped expansion block located on a front end side of the anchor body and expanding a front end of the anchor body to be hooked and supported on the ground of the inner circumferential surface of the hollow wall; and a nail inserted into the hollow wall in a state that the anchor body, the fixing block, and the expansion block are integrally coupled to one another, and securing pretension by a pressure plate and a nut configured on a front end located on the ground after the expansion block moves toward the front end of the anchor body during a rotation in a predetermined direction in the state to expand the anchor body toward the ground and to perform grouting on the hollow wall.
본 발명에 의하면, 중공의 원통 형상을 가지고 선단이 확장되어 공벽의 내주면 지반에 걸림 지지되어 저항력을 발생시키는 앵커바디; 앵커바디의 후단 측에 위치되어 앵커바디가 공벽의 내부면에 삽입시 공벽의 중심에 평행한 위치를 가지도록 공벽의 끝에 고정되는 고정블록; 앵커바디의 선단 측에 위치되어 앵커바디의 선단을 확장시켜 공벽의 내주면 지반에 걸림 지지되도록 하는 콘 형상의 확장블록; 및 앵커바디, 고정블록 및 확장블록이 일체로 결합된 상태로 공벽에 삽입되도록 하며 이 상태에서 소정 방향으로 회전시 확장블록이 앵커바디의 선단을 향해 이동되어 앵커바디가 지반을 향해 확장되도록 하고 공벽에 그라우팅 실시후 지면에 위치된 선단에 지압판과 너트가 구성되어 프리텐션이 확보되도록 하는 네일을 포함하는 선단 확장형 앵커가 제공된다.
