Composition of Hybrid repairing and reinforcing mortar
The present invention relates to a hybrid repairing and reinforcing mortar composition which contains cogeneration fly ash and a mixture of a water granulated and quenched slag as admixtures while containing cement and fast curable cement. The hybrid repairing and reinforcing mortar composition contains: 100-300 parts by weight of fast curable cement; 50-150 parts by weight of a fast curable assistant material; 50-100 parts by weight of an admixture; 100-200 parts by weight of gypsum; 10-20 parts by weight of polymer; 5-15 parts by weight of a dispersing agent; 8-10 parts by weight of a rust inhibitor; 1-3 parts by weight of sodium thiosulfate pentahydrate; and 1-3 parts by weight of D-galactose with respect to 100 parts by weight of the cement. The present invention reveals hybrid functions such as acid resistance and salt resistance while revealing fast curing properties to be applicable for various purposes.
