ABSORPTIVE NOISE BARRIER OF INTEGRAL HIGH DENSITY POLYETHYLENE
The present invention relates to an integrated high density polyethylene (HDPE) sound-absorption soundproof wall, formed with an integrated HDPE sound-absorption soundproof panel to provide high durability and rigidity, to be recycled by 100% when being replaced in future, and to enhance urban appearance without being corroded by exhaust gas of a vehicle and calcium chloride. Moreover, color is not changed even if a long time is passed after construction, peeling is not generated on a surface, environmental color of a gallery type is able to be designed with harmony, and front and rear surfaces of the sound-absorption soundproof panel are able to be variously designed to provide visual pleasure to a user and a resident. Moreover, the sound-absorption soundproof panel modularized in a manufacturing factory is manufactured in an integrated type and then is carried to a construction site to construct one span (1 span = 1 to 4 m, the width is adjustable) at a time. Integrity is able to be realized due to a consistent reference, and excellent mass productivity and constructability are provided due to reinforcement of durability and modularization of an assembly. According to the present invention, the sound-absorption soundproof wall comprises: a base concrete retaining wall; a plurality of vertical supports; one or more sound-absorption soundproof panels; an upper finishing cap; a vertical reinforcement bar; and a vertical reinforcement bar fastening unit.
본 발명은 일체형 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 흡음 방음벽에 관한 것으로, 일체화된 고밀도 폴리에틸렌(HDPE) 흡음 방음패널로 구성되어 내구성이 강하고 견고하며, 추후 교체 시 100% 재활용이 가능하며, 자동차 배출가스 및 염화칼슘으로부터 부식이 발생하지 않아 도시미관을 향상시킬 수 있다. 또한, 시공 후 장기간이 지나도 색상의 변화가 없고, 표면의 벗겨짐 현상이 발생하지 않으며, 갤러리 타입의 환경색채를 조화롭게 디자인할 수 있고, 흡음 방음패널의 전면과 후면에 다양한 디자인이 가능하여 사용자 및 거주자로부터 시각적인 즐거움을 제공할 수 있다. 또한, 제조 공장에서 모듈화된 흡음 방음패널을 일체형으로 제작한 후, 시공 현장으로 운반하여 1 경간을 1회에 시공가능(1 PAN 1m~4m 폭 조절가능)하고, 일관성 있는 기준으로 일체감을 구현할 수 있으며, 내구성 강화와 조립의 모듈화로 대량 생산성 및 시공성이 매우 우수하다.
