APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR TRANSFERRING FLUIDS
The present invention discloses a fluid transfer device and a fluid transfer method capable of loading/unloading a fluid to/from a vessel. The fluid transfer device includes: a reservoir water bank having a reservoir water space for storing seawater; a water gate formed in the reservoir water bank, and providing an inlet and an outlet for seawater between the reservoir space and the ocean; a water gate opening/closing device formed in the reservoir water bank, and opening/closing the water gate; and a fluid delivery portion connected between a first floating body on the sea and a second floating body in the reservoir water bank. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the present invention is able to load/unload a fluid to/from a ship by using a range of tide without using a pump.
선박에 유체를 로딩/언로딩할 수 있는 유체 이송 장치 및 유체 이송 방법이 개시된다. 유체 이송 장치는 해수를 가두어 저장하는 저수공간을 갖는 저수제방; 저수제방에 형성되고, 저수공간과 해양 사이에 해수의 유출입 통로를 제공하는 수문; 저수제방에 형성되고, 수문을 개폐하는 수문 개폐장치; 및 해상에 부유하는 제1 부유체와, 저수제방 내에 부유하는 제2 부유체 간에 연결되는 유체 이송부를 포함한다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 의하면, 펌프를 이용하지 않고 조수차를 이용하여 선박에 유체를 로딩/언로딩할 수 있다.

The present invention discloses a fluid transfer device and a fluid transfer method capable of loading/unloading a fluid to/from a vessel.
