The present invention relates to a jig (1000) to fixate an electric carriage rail (10) of a ship test apparatus, fixating the electronic carriage rail (10) of the ship test apparatus to a towing tank. According to the present invention, the jig comprises: a rail chair (100); an initial straightness adjustment unit (200) adjusting a gap between the rail chair (100) and the towing tank to fixate the rail chair in the towing tank; an inclined block (110) connected to a center of an upper surface of the rail chair (100) and having a pair of inclined grooves (111) formed on the upper surface by being laterally spaced apart from each other at a predetermined interval; a tapered block (120) installed to be able to slantly slide along the inclined groove (111), wherein the electronic carriage rail (10) is mounted on the upper surface; an adjustment block (130) fixated in the front of the rail chair (100); and an ordinary normal rail straightness adjustment unit (300) including a fine adjustment hexagonal-headed bolt (310) penetrating the adjustment block (130) to be coupled on a front side of the tapered block (120), and a fine adjustment hexagonal-headed nut (320) screw-coupled on the front side of the fine adjustment hexagonal-headed bolt (310) and inducing slide of the tapered block (120) as the fine adjustment hexagonal-headed bolt (310) pushes or pulls the tapered block (120) by rotation, so as to adjust straightness of the electronic carriage rail (10) mounted on the upper surface of the tapered block (120).
본 발명은 선박 시험 장치의 전차레일(10)을 예인수조에 고정하기 위한 선박 시험 장치의 전차레일(10) 고정용 지그(1000)로서, 레일체어(100), 상기 레일체어(100)와 예인수조의 사이 간격을 조절하여 상기 레일체어(100)를 예인 수조에 고정하는 레일초기진직도조절부(200), 상기 레일체어(100)의 상면 중앙에 연결되며, 상면에 서로 좌우방향으로 일정 간격 이격되게 한 쌍의 경사홈(111)이 형성되는 경사블록(110), 상기 경사홈(111)을 따라 경사지게 슬라이딩 이동 가능하게 설치되며, 상면에 전차레일(10)이 얹어지는 테이퍼블록(120), 상기 레일체어(100)의 전방에 고정되는 조절블록(130) 및 상기 조절블록(130)에 관통되어 상기 테이퍼블록(120)의 전방에 결합되는 파인조절헥스볼트(310)와, 상기 파인조절헥스볼트(310)의 전방에 나사결합되며 회동에 의해 상기 파인조절헥스볼트(310)가 상기 테이퍼블록(120)을 밀어내거나 잡아당기는 것으로 상기 테이퍼블록(120)의 슬라이딩 이동을 유도하여 상기 테이퍼블록(120)의 상면에 얹어진 전차레일(10)의 진직도가 조절되게 하는 파인조절헥스너트(320)를 포함하는 레일상시진직도조절부(300)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
