The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a safety net for construction. The apparatus to manufacture a safety net for construction can conveniently manufacture a safety net in a required size, shorten work time, increase productivity, and reduce labor cost. The present invention comprises: a main body (100); a vertical band sewing unit (200) which is installed in the front side of the main body (100) and sews a vertical band (211) in a line at a predetermined interval in a longitudinal direction by using a band on a transferred safety net (111); a horizontal band sewing and cutting unit (300) which is installed in the rear side of the main body (100), can move back and forth along a rail (350) formed in the vertical direction of the longitudinal direction of the main body, moves while cutting the center of both horizontal bands (311) by a cutter (330) installed in the rear side of a sewing machine while sewing the pair of horizontal bands (311) in a line in order to have a predetermined interval moving along the rail (350) by receiving the safety net (111) in which the vertical band (211) is sewed, and comes back into the original place when the sewing and cutting operations are completed; and a forced withdrawal device (400) which forcibly draws out toward the upper and lower withdrawal rollers (531, 532) by making a forced withdrawal roller (430) be in contact with the tail side end part (111a) of the front side safety net (111) between safety nets divided in half into front and rear sides by being cut by the cutter (330) of the horizontal band sewing and cutting unit (300).
본 발명은 건축용 안전망 제작장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 본체(100); 본체(100)의 전방에 설치되고 이송된 안전망(111)에 밴드를 이용하여 길이방향으로 세로밴드(211)를 일정간격 나란하게 재봉하는 세로밴드재봉부(200); 본체(100)의 후방에 설치되고 본체에 길이방향의 수직방향으로 형성된 레일(350)을 따라 왕복이동가능하며 세로밴드(211)가 재봉된 안전망(111)을 이송받아 레일(350)을 따라 이동하면서 한 쌍의 가로밴드(311)를 일정간격을 가지도록 나란하게 재봉함과 동시에 재봉기의 후측에 설치된 커팅기(330)로 양측 가로밴드(311)의 가운데를 커팅하면서 이동하고 재봉 및 커팅이 완료되면 다시 제자리로 돌아오는 가로밴드재봉및커팅부(300); 가로밴드재봉및커팅부(300)의 커팅기(330)에 의해 커팅되어 전,후측으로 양분된 안전망 중 전측 안전망(111)의 후미쪽 단부(111a)에 강제인출롤러(430)를 접촉시켜 출구쪽의 상하 인출롤러(531,532) 쪽으로 강제로 당겨내어주는 강제인출장치(400); 를 포함하는 구성이다.
