Non-digging Sewerage Steam method and its Apparatus
The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus to supply steam in a non-digging sewerage pipeline. According to the present invention, a steam hose is inserted into a steam blocking apparatus installed in an upper portion of a reverser, and a front surface of the steam hose is installed in an inwardly reversed tube. When a rear surface of the steam hose is connected to a steam supply apparatus to supply steam to the steam hose, a lower portion of a sealing member screw fastened to an interior portion of a body of the steam blocking apparatus pushes a sealing packing inserted into an inner side bottom surface of the body. Accordingly, an inner side circumferential surface of the sealing packing expands toward the direction of the steam hose, seals a circumferential surface of the steam hose, and prevents the steam from leaking to the outside; thus improving hardening quality of the tube. The steam hose directly heats from the tube located on an entrance of the pipeline such that time to harden the tube is able to be reduced. In addition, an automatic pressure control apparatus is installed in an end portion of the tube such that excessive pressure is not applied to the interior portion of the tube, and the tube is prevented from being damaged.
본 발명은 반전기의 상부에 설치되는 스팀차단장치의 내부에 스팀호스를 삽입하여 스팀호스의 전면은 관로의 내부로 반전한 튜브에 설치하고, 후면은 스팀공급장치와 연결하여 스팀호스로 스팀을 공급하면 스팀차단장치의 몸체 내부에 나사 체결되는 기밀 부재의 하부가 몸체의 내측 바닥면에 삽입된 기밀패킹을 눌러주면 기밀패킹의 내측 둘레 면이 스팀호스 방향으로 팽창하여 스팀호스의 둘레 면을 밀폐시켜 스팀이 외부로 누출되는 것을 차단하여 튜브의 경화품질을 향상시키며, 스팀호스는 관로 입구에 위치한 튜브부터 직접 가열하기 때문에 튜브경화시간을 단출할 수 있고, 튜브의 끝 부분에 자동압력조절장치를 설치하여 튜브 내부에 과도한 압력이 작용하여 튜브가 파손되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 상하수도 비굴착 관로 스팀공급공법 및 장치에 관한 것이다.

The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus to supply steam in a non-digging sewerage pipeline.
