Filler Concrete Composition For Precast Slab Track
The present invention relates to a charging concrete composite used to integrate a precast slab panel for a precast slab track (PST), which replaces a railroad track, with a concrete base layer which is a bottom structure of the panel. The charging concrete composite for the integration of the precast slab panel and the concrete base layer comprises: 21.6-23.6 wt% of mixed powder; 21-37 wt% of thick aggregate of which particle size is 0.5-13mm; 30-40 wt% of fine aggregate of which the particle size is 0.15-5.0; and 6.8-8.8 wt% of mixing water. The mixed powder comprises: 13-20 wt% of first-class ordinary Portland cement (OPC); 22.5-30 wt% of fly ash; 22.5-30 wt% of blast furnace slag powder; no more than 35 wt% (except for 0 wt%) of limestone powder; and 3-7 wt% of calcium sulfo-aluminate (CSA). 0.5-1.0 wt% of a separation preventing water reducing agent, made by mixing a poly-carboxylic acid high-performance water reducing agent with a thickener, is added in contrast to the mixed powder. As such, the present invention expresses matter properties including no less than 30GPa of an elastic modulus, 675-725mm of a slump flow, no less than 0.95 of an L-Box height ratio, no less than 98% of a charging rate, no more than 5.0 wt% of segregation, and no less than 0.9 of a concrete weight ratio.
본 발명은 철도의 자갈도상 궤도를 대체하는 프리캐스트 슬래브 궤도(Precast Slab Track; PST)의 프리캐스트 슬래브 패널과 그 하부구조인 콘크리트 기층을 일체화하기 위한 충전 콘크리트 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 「프리캐스트 슬래브 궤도(Precast Slab Track)의 프리캐스트 슬래브 패널과 그 하부구조인 콘크리트 기층을 일체화하기 위한 충전재 조성물로서, 혼합분체 21.6~23.6wt%; 입도 0.5~13mm 범위의 굵은골재 21~37wt%; 입도 0.15~5.0 범위의 잔골재 30~40wt%; 및 배합수 6.8~8.8wt%를 포함하되, 상기 혼합분체는 1종보통포틀랜드시멘트(OPC) 13~20wt%; 플라이애시 22.5~30wt%; 고로슬래그 미분말 22.5~30wt%; 석회석 미분말 35wt% 이내(0wt% 제외); 및 칼슘설포알루미네이트(CSA) 3~7wt%를 포함하여 조성되고, 폴리칼본산계 고성능 감수제에 증점제가 혼합된 분리방지형 감수제가 상기 혼합분체 대비 0.5~1.0wt% 첨가되어, 탄성계수 30GPa 이상이 발현되면서, 슬럼프플로우 675~725mm; L-Box 높이비 0.95 이상; 충전율 98% 이상; 재료분리도 5.0wt% 이하; 콘크리트 중량비 0.9 이상의 물성이 발현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리캐스트 슬래브 궤도용 충전 콘크리트 조성물」을 제공한다.
