QUICK COUPLER FOR EXCAVATOR HAVING AUTOMATIC SAFETY DEVICE
The present invention relates to a quick coupler for heavy equipment with an automatic safety device. The present invention ensures the safety of work by preventing a work tool from being separated from a boom even if a hydraulic cylinder and a link become inoperable, and does not require a worker to do any work for coupling a safety device. The present invention comprises: a body which is connected by first and second fastening pins to the front end of a boom and the front end of a movable link of heavy equipment; a first movable hook which is coupled to the body at the upper side of a first insertion groove formed on one lower end of the body by a hinge; a second movable hook which is coupled to the body at the upper side of a second insertion groove formed on the other lower end of the body by a hinge; a hydraulic cylinder which has a cylinder rod end coupled to a rotation pin at the middle part of the first movable hook by a hinge and the other end coupled to the middle part of a support shaft axially supported between the both side bodies; a link which has one end coupled to one side of the upper end part of the first movable hook by a hinge and the other end coupled to the middle part of the second movable hook by a hinge; and a safety device which maintains the state in which the first movable hook presses the first coupling pin and the second movable hook presses the second coupling pin even if the hydraulic cylinder or the link becomes inoperable by coupling one end to the middle part of the body and coupling the other end to one side of the lower end part of the second movable hook by a hinge.
본 발명은 유압실린더와 링크가 작동불능 상태가 되어도 작업기구가 붐대로부터 이탈될 염려가 없도록 하여 작업에 안전성을 확보하는 것은 물론, 안전장치의 체결을 위해 작업자가 별도의 작업을 하지 않아도 되는 자동 안전장치가 구비된 중장비용 퀵커플러에 관한 발명이다. 본 발명은 중장비의 붐대 선단 및 가동링크 선단과 제 1,2체결핀에 의해 연결되는 바디; 상기 바디의 일측 하단에 형성되는 제1 삽입홈의 상부측 바디에 힌지 결합되는 제 1가동후크; 상기 바디의 타측 하단에 형성되는 제 2삽입홈의 상부측 바디에 힌지 결합되어 구비되는 제 2가동후크; 상기 제 1가동후크의 중도부 회동핀에 실린더로드의 끝단이 힌지 결합되고, 타측 끝단은 상기 양측 바디 사이에 축설되는 지지축의 중도부에 힌지 결합되는 유압실린더; 상기 제 1가동후크의 상단부 일측면에 일측 끝단이 힌지 결합되고, 타측 끝단은 상기 제 2가동후크의 중도부에 힌지 결합되는 링크; 및 일측 끝단은 상기 바디의 중도부에 고정 결합되며, 타측 끝단은 상기 제 2가동후크의 하단부 일측면과 힌지 결합되어, 상기 유압실린더 또는 링크가 작동 불능상태가 되어도 상기 제 1가동후크가 제 1체결핀을 가압하고, 제 2가동후크가 제 2체결핀을 가압한 상태를 유지시키는 자동 안전장치;를 포함하여 구현 가능하다.

본 발명은 유압실린더와 링크가 작동불능 상태가 되어도 작업기구가 붐대로부터 이탈될 염려가 없도록 하여 작업에 안전성을 확보하는 것은 물론, 안전장치의 체결을 위해 작업자가 별도의 작업을 하지 않아도 되는 자동 안전장치가 구비된 중장비용 퀵커플러에 관한 발명이다. 본 발명은 중장비의 붐대 선단 및 가동링크 선단과 제 1,2체결핀에 의해 연결되는 바디; 상기 바디의 일측 하단에 형성되는 제1 삽입홈의 상부측 바디에 힌지 결합되는 제 1가동후크; 상기 바디의 타측 하단에 형성되는 제 2삽입홈의 상부측 바디에 힌지 결합되어 구비되는 제 2가동후크; 상기 제 1가동후크의 중도부 회동핀에 실린더로드의 끝단이 힌지 결합되고, 타측 끝단은 상기 양측 바디 사이에 축설되는 지지축의 중도부에 힌지 결합되는 유압실린더; 상기 제 1가동후크의 상단부 일측면에 일측 끝단이 힌지 결합되고, 타측 끝단은 상기 제 2가동후크의 중도부에 힌지 결합되는 링크; 및 일측 끝단은 상기 바디의 중도부에 고정 결합되며, 타측 끝단은 상기 제 2가동후크의 하단부 일측면과 힌지 결합되어, 상기 유압실린더 또는 링크가 작동 불능상태가 되어도 상기 제 1가동후크가 제 1체결핀을 가압하고, 제 2가동후크가 제 2체결핀을 가압한 상태를 유지시키는 자동 안전장치;를 포함하여 구현 가능하다.
