Streetlight Pillar for Easily Connecting with the LED Light
The present invention relates to a street lamp pillar with an easily fastened LED lamp and, more specifically, relates to the street lamp pillar with an easily fastened LED lamp in which an LED lamp and an arm of a street lamp pillar are more easily and rapidly installed and uninstalled as compared with an existing screw connection. According to the present invention, the street lamp pillar with the easily fastened LED lamp comprises: a pillar pipe installed upright on the ground surface; an arm portion which extends on upside of the pillar pipe; and an LED lamp coupled to the arm portion to be detachable. A coupling pipe formed on the end portion of the coupling side of the LED lamp coupled to the arm portion is elastically coupled and separated from the arm portion. The arm portion includes a first arm coupling pipe coupled in correspondence with the coupling pipe of the LED lamp and a second arm coupling pipe formed in a double pipe type in the first arm coupling pipe. The arm portion further includes a fastening sawtooth portion inserted into a coupling pipe groove formed on the first arm coupling pipe, and is provided with a lower settlement protrusion accommodated and supported on the support protrusion of the second arm coupling pipe. An elastic spring accommodated in the support protrusion is disposed on an outer circumferential surface of the lower protrusion of the fastening sawtooth portion at the time of pressing from an upside to a downside and releasing, and the fastening sawtooth portion elastically moving up and down.
본 발명은 엘이디등의 체결이 용이한 가로등 지주에 관한 것으로서 더욱 상세하게는 엘이디등과 가로등 지주의 암 간에 체결이 기존 나사결합 방식보다 쉽고 신속하게 설치 및 분해가 가능한 가로등 지주에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명은 지면에 수직으로 직립 설치되는 지주관과; 상기 지주관 상부측에 연장되는 암부와; 상기 암부와 착탈가능하도록 결합되는 엘이디등;을 포함하여 이루어지되, 상기 암부와 결합되는 상기 엘이디등의 결합측 단부에 형성되는 결합관은 상기 암부와 탄력적으로 결합 및 분리가 이루어진다. 여기서 상기 암부는 상기 엘이디등의 결합관과 대응되어 결합되는 제1암결합관과 상기 제1암결합관의 내측에 이중관 형태로 형성되는 제2암결합관이 포함된다. 아울러 상기 제1암결합관에 형성되는 결합관홈부 내측에 삽입되고, 상기 제2암결합관의 지지돌기 상에 하부측 안착돌기가 수용되어 지지되는 체결톱니부가 더 포함되되, 상기 체결톱니부는 상부측에서 하부측으로 가압 및 가압해제시 상기 지지돌기 내측에 수용되는 탄성스프링이 상기 체결톱니부의 하부측 안착돌기의 외주면상으로 배치되어 탄성적으로 상, 하 이동이 이루어진다.

The present invention relates to a street lamp pillar with an easily fastened LED lamp and, more specifically, relates to the street lamp pillar with an easily fastened LED lamp in which an LED lamp and an arm of a street lamp pillar are more easily and rapidly installed and uninstalled as compared with an existing screw connection. 본 발명은 엘이디등의 체결이 용이한 가로등 지주에 관한 것으로서 더욱 상세하게는 엘이디등과 가로등 지주의 암 간에 체결이 기존 나사결합 방식보다 쉽고 신속하게 설치 및 분해가 가능한 가로등 지주에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명은 지면에 수직으로 직립 설치되는 지주관과; 상기 지주관 상부측에 연장되는 암부와; 상기 암부와 착탈가능하도록 결합되는 엘이디등;을 포함하여 이루어지되, 상기 암부와 결합되는 상기 엘이디등의 결합측 단부에 형성되는 결합관은 상기 암부와 탄력적으로 결합 및 분리가 이루어진다. 여기서 상기 암부는 상기 엘이디등의 결합관과 대응되어 결합되는 제1암결합관과 상기 제1암결합관의 내측에 이중관 형태로 형성되는 제2암결합관이 포함된다. 아울러 상기 제1암결합관에 형성되는 결합관홈부 내측에 삽입되고, 상기 제2암결합관의 지지돌기 상에 하부측 안착돌기가 수용되어 지지되는 체결톱니부가 더 포함되되, 상기 체결톱니부는 상부측에서 하부측으로 가압 및 가압해제시 상기 지지돌기 내측에 수용되는 탄성스프링이 상기 체결톱니부의 하부측 안착돌기의 외주면상으로 배치되어 탄성적으로 상, 하 이동이 이루어진다.
