The present invention relates to a curvature-variable type mold apparatus for manufacturing a precast arch member enabling the easy reuse of inner and outer plates; and a precast arch member manufacturing method thereof. The curvature-variable type mold apparatus fixes arch-shaped upper and outer plates for forming curved side surfaces of the precast arch member. The curvature-variable type mold apparatus includes: a guide beam member (3); and inner and outer jigs (1, 2) moved along the guide beam member (3) to arrange the inner and outer plates (11, 12) in an upright position to change the horizontal location while supporting a floor plate (13). The inner and outer jigs (1, 2) are moved along the guide beam member (3) in a horizontal direction to be fixed to the guide member (3) at a location enabling the coupling with the inner and outer plates (11, 12) to fit the changed arch curvature of the mold member even when the thickness or arch curvature of the precast arch member (3) changes while causing the arch curvature of the inner and outer plates (11, 12) to change. The inner and outer plates with the changed arch curvature are easily and stably fixed to efficiently manufacture the precast arch member with various arch curvatures.
본 발명은 프리캐스트 아치부재의 곡선형 측면을 형성하기 위한 아치형 내,외측판을 고정시킴에 있어서, 가이드 빔부재(3)와, 상기 가이드 빔부재(3)를 따라 움직여서 횡방향으로 그 위치가 변화될 수 있으며 각각 내,외측판(11, 12)이 연직하게 세워지도록 하며 바닥정반(13)을 지지하는 내측지그(1) 및 외측지그(2)를 포함하는 구성을 가지고 있어서, 제작하려는 프리캐스트 아치부재의 아치곡률 또는 두께가 달라지고 그에 따라 내,외측판의 아치곡률이 변화되더라도, 내,외측지그(1, 2)가 가이드 빔부재(3)를 따라 횡방향으로 움직여서, 상기 거푸집 부재의 변화된 아치곡률에 맞추어서 내,외측판(11, 12)과 체결될 수 있는 위치로 이동한 후 가이드 빔부재(3)에 고정됨으로써, 변화된 아치곡률을 가지는 내,외측판을 용이하게 그리고 견고하게 고정시켜서 다양한 아치곡률을 가지는 프리캐스트 아치부재를 효율적으로 제작할 수 있으며, 그에 따라 내,외측판의 재사용이 수월하게 이루어질 수 있도록 하는 "프리캐스트 아치부재의 제작을 위한 곡률가변형 거푸집 장치 및 이를 이용한 프리캐스트 아치부재의 제작방법"에 관한 것이다.
