Connecting fixture of lane separator
The present invention provides a connecting and fixing device of a lane separator including: respective support connecting portions having an elastic bracket for connecting and fixing each coupling shaft rod of a horizontal member coupled and fixed to face each other onto a support shaft rod of a vertical member of a lane separator, and having a concave/convex portion for fixing a fixing bracket with high fixing force to each other at the same time while being slidable on a floor at a position of each elastic bracket facing each other to prevent rotation, caused by the damage by impacts due to collisions, and escape caused by deformation; a connecting block having a slidable coupling portion formed on and coupled to a bottom to be slidable into the concave/convex portion on the bottom thereof; and a fixing portion provided to be engaged with each other on an upper surface of the connecting block and a surface opposite to the fixing bracket. Accordingly, the present invention has an effect of having excellent assembly workability and preventing rotation of a vertical member by damage by minimizing the damage even caused by impacts from vehicle collisions, as well as securing longtime use and leading to excellent economic feasibility.
차선분리대의 수직부재의 지지축봉 상으로 서로 마주보게 결합 고정되는 수평부재의 각 결합축봉을 연결 고정하는 탄성 브래킷과 고정 브래킷을 서로 높은 고정력으로 고정되도록 함과 동시에 충돌에 따른 충격에 의해 파손되어 회전되는 것과 변형 등으로 인한 이탈되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 각 탄성 브래킷의 서로 마주보는 위치에 바닥면으로 슬라이딩 가능하게 요철부가 형성되도록 연장 형성되는 각각의 받침 연결부; 밑면에 상기 각 요철부로 슬라이딩 가능하게 밑면으로 슬라이드 결합부가 형성되어 결합되는 연결 블록; 및 상기 연결 블록의 상면과 상기 고정 브래킷의 서로 대응되는 면에 서로 맞물리도록 마련되는 고정부;를 포함하는 차선분리대용 연결 고정장치를 제공한다. 그에 따라 조립 작업성이 우수할 뿐만 아니라 차량 충돌에 의한 충격에도 파손됨을 최소화하여 파손에 따른 수평부재가 회전되는 것을 방지함은 물론 그로 인해 오랜 사용기간을 확보함과 아울러 경제성도 뛰어난 효과를 가진다.
