The present invention relates to an asymmetric unit deck plate and, more specifically, relates to an asymmetric unit deck plate which bends a flat plate to construct a unit member of an asymmetric cross section having two valley-shaped protrusion ribs and one mountain-shaped protrusion rib to be installed between beams to construct a floor of a building. According to a proper embodiment of the present invention, the asymmetric unit deck plate is formed by bending a flat plate of a prescribed size, comprising: a pair of valley-shaped protrusion ribs protruding downwards in a trapezoidal cross section or a reverse trapezoidal cross section with respect to a flat horizontal surface to include a lower horizontal unit, and a side unit extended upwards from both sides of the lower horizontal unit in a width direction to symmetrically be arranged with respect to a central vertical line perpendicular to a width direction of a deck plate to have a lower valley opened upwards; a mountain-shaped protrusion rib protruding upwards from a center between the pair of valley-shaped protrusion ribs in a trapezoidal cross section or a reverse trapezoidal cross section with respect to a deck mounting surface to include an upper horizontal unit and a side unit extended downwards from both sides of the upper horizontal unit in the width direction to have an upper valley opened downwards; and a deck coupling unit wherein both ends of the deck mounting surface outside the valley-shaped protrusion ribs in the width direction are bent to be formed in a longitudinal direction.
본 발명은 단위 비대칭 데크 플레이트에 관한 것으로, 평판을 절곡하여 2개의 골형 돌출리브와 1개의 산형 돌출리브를 갖는 비대칭 단면의 단위부재로 구성하여 건축물의 바닥 시공을 하기 위하여 보와 보 사이에 설치되도록 하는 단위 비대칭 데크 플레이트에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예는 일정 크기의 평판을 절곡하여 형성하며, 평탄한 수평면을 기준으로 사다리꼴 단면 또는 역사다리꼴 단면으로 하방으로 돌출되어 하부 수평부와 하부 수평부의 폭방향 양측에서 상부로 연장되는 측면부로 이루어져, 데크 플레이트의 폭 방향에 수직인 중앙수직선을 기준으로 좌우 대칭적으로 배치되어 상방으로 개구된 하부골을 각기 갖는 한 쌍의 골형 돌출리브와; 한 쌍의 골형 돌출리브 사이의 중앙에 데크 거치면을 기준으로 사다리꼴 단면 또는 역사다리꼴 단면으로 상방으로 돌출되어 상부 수평부와 상부 수평부의 폭방향 양측에서 하부로 연장되는 측면부로 이루어져, 하방으로 개방된 상부골을 갖는 산형 돌출리브와; 골형 돌출리브의 폭방향 외측의 데크 거치면의 양단부는 절곡되어 길이 방향을 따라 형성된 데크 결합부를 포함하여 이루어진다.

본 발명은 단위 비대칭 데크 플레이트에 관한 것으로, 평판을 절곡하여 2개의 골형 돌출리브와 1개의 산형 돌출리브를 갖는 비대칭 단면의 단위부재로 구성하여 건축물의 바닥 시공을 하기 위하여 보와 보 사이에 설치되도록 하는 단위 비대칭 데크 플레이트에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예는 일정 크기의 평판을 절곡하여 형성하며, 평탄한 수평면을 기준으로 사다리꼴 단면 또는 역사다리꼴 단면으로 하방으로 돌출되어 하부 수평부와 하부 수평부의 폭방향 양측에서 상부로 연장되는 측면부로 이루어져, 데크 플레이트의 폭 방향에 수직인 중앙수직선을 기준으로 좌우 대칭적으로 배치되어 상방으로 개구된 하부골을 각기 갖는 한 쌍의 골형 돌출리브와; 한 쌍의 골형 돌출리브 사이의 중앙에 데크 거치면을 기준으로 사다리꼴 단면 또는 역사다리꼴 단면으로 상방으로 돌출되어 상부 수평부와 상부 수평부의 폭방향 양측에서 하부로 연장되는 측면부로 이루어져, 하방으로 개방된 상부골을 갖는 산형 돌출리브와; 골형 돌출리브의 폭방향 외측의 데크 거치면의 양단부는 절곡되어 길이 방향을 따라 형성된 데크 결합부를 포함하여 이루어진다.
