According to the present invention, extra foreign substances are filtered by a locking unit, and only rainwater flows through a water flow member, and only a predetermined amount of rainwater is discharged by a weight body provided to a lower portion of a foreign substance prevention device. The present invention is always closed by the weight of the weight body in the case of the predetermined amount or less of the rainwater in order to block a backflow of a drain and odor inside the drain.
본 발명은 걸림부에 의하여 기타 이물질이 걸려지며, 빗물만 물 흐름 부재를 통하여 내려와 빗물은 이물질 방지구의 하부에 구비된 중량체에 의하여 일정 이상의 빗물만 배출되며, 일정 이하의 빗물일 경우 중량체의 무개에 의하여 상시 닫혀 있음으로 하수구내의 악취 및 하수구의 역류를 막을 수 있게 한 효과가 있다.
