본 발명은 기존의 예초기용 동력장비 또는 휴대용 청소소형엔진을 사용하면서 배기관을 통해 공기를 배기하여 쓰레기를 한 곳으로 쌓고, 흡입관을 통해 공기를 흡입하여 쌓여진 쓰레기를 수거함으로써, 제품의 생산비용이 절감되고, 관리 및 휴대가 용이하며, 하나의 장비로 두가지의 청소작업을 가능하여 청소의 효율성이 높아지는 효과가 있다.
