The present invention relates to a rotary cutting unit for an excavator. According to the present invention, the rotary cutting unit for an excavator comprises: a unit case connected to an excavator arm extended from the body of the excavator to rotate by oil pressure provided from the excavator and to perform work; a rotary cutting member rotationally connected to the unit case to rotate and cut an object which must be cut by the excavator; a driving member driven by oil pressure of the excavator to rotate the rotary cutting member; and a separation member which detachably connects the rotary cutting member to the unit case to allow the rotary cutting member to be replaced for the unit case. According to the present invention, the rotary cutting unit for an excavator is able to adjust its cutting strength in accordance with an object to be cut, to replace a worn-out blade; and to be easily stored and moved safely when being stored by being separated from the excavator arm.
굴삭기용 회전 절단 유닛이 개시된다. 굴삭기의 차체에서 연장되어 상기 굴삭기에서 제공되는 유압에 의해 회동되면서 작업을 수행할 수 있는 굴삭기 아암에 연결되는 유닛 케이스; 상기 유닛 케이스에 회전 가능하게 연결되고, 회전되면서 상기 굴삭기가 절단하여야 하는 절단 대상을 절단할 수 있는 회전 절단 부재; 상기 굴삭기의 유압에 의해 구동되면서 상기 회전 절단 부재를 회전시켜 주는 구동 부재; 및 상기 회전 절단 부재가 상기 유닛 케이스에 대해 교환 가능하도록, 상기 회전 절단 부재를 상기 유닛 케이스에 착탈 가능하게 연결시키는 분리 부재;를 포함한다. 개시되는 굴삭기용 회전 절단 유닛에 의하면, 절단 대상에 따라 절단의 강도를 조절할 수 있고, 마모된 칼날의 교환이 가능하며, 굴삭기 아암과 분리되어 보관될 때, 보관이 수월하고 이동에 따른 안전성이 높은 장점이 있다.
The present invention relates to a rotary cutting unit for an excavator.
