According to the present invention, provided is a complex waterproof method with excellent heat resistance performance, which comprises: a first step in which a film type primer layer is constructed; a second step in which connection portions of waterproof sheets are installed on a surface of the primer layer with a mutually double bonding structure for a waterproof sheet layer to be constructed; a third step in which a film waterproof layer is constructed on a surface of the waterproof sheet layer; and a fourth step in which a top coating layer is constructed on a surface of the film waterproof layer.
본 발명에 의하면, 도막형 프라이머층이 시공되는 제1단계와, 프라이머층의 표면에 방수시트들의 이음부위가 상호간 2중 접합 구조를 가지면서 설치되어 방수시트층이 시공되는 제2단계와, 방수시트층의 표면에 도막방수층이 시공되는 제3단계와, 도막방수층의 표면에 탑코팅층이 시공되는 제4단계를 포함하는 차열 성능이 우수한 복합방수공법이 제공된다.
