<과제> 박리 작업시에 발생하는 소리를 허용 가능한 조용한 소리로 할 수 있고, 콘크리트 몸체로부터 모르타르를 부드럽게 박리 가능한 박리 장치를 제공한다. <해결수단> 박리 장치(10A)는, 모르타르(21)의 외면과 병행하여 일방향으로 뻗어 있는 안내 부재(12)와, 모르타르(21)의 외면으로부터 이간하는 방향으로의 이동을 저지하는 제1고정 수단(15)과, 일방향 전방으로 신장 가능한 피스톤 로드(42)를 갖고 모르타르(21)와 안내 부재(12) 사이에 위치하는 유압 잭(13)과, 잭(13)을 안내 부재(12)에 착탈 가능하게 연결하는 제1연결 수단(18)과, 피스톤 로드(42)의 선단부에 위치하여 콘크리트 몸체(20)로부터 모르타르(21)를 박리하는 커터(14)로 형성되어 있다. 박리 장치(10A)에서는, 잭(13)의 로드(42)가 일방향 전방으로 점차 신장되는 것에 수반하여, 커터(14)가 일방향 전방으로 점차 전진하면서, 커터(14)의 날 끝(50)이 콘크리트 몸체(20)로부터 소정 두께의 모르타르(21)를 박리한다.
[Problem] A peeling device which can keep a sound generated during a peeling work to an allowable quiet sound and can peel a mortar off a concrete framework smoothly. [Solution] A peeling device 10A includes a guide member 12 extending in one direction in parallel with an outer surface of a mortar 21, first fixing means 15 preventing movement in a direction away from the outer surface of the mortar 21, a hydraulic jack 13 having a piston rod 42 extendable forward in one direction and located between the mortar 21 and the guide member 12, first connecting means 18 for detachably connecting the jack 13 to the guide member 12, and a cutter 14 located at a tip end portion of the piston rod 42 and peeling the mortar 21 off the concrete framework 20. In the peeling device 10A, with gradual extension of the rod 42 of the jack 13 forward in one direction, while the cutter 14 gradually advances forward in one direction, a cutting edge 50 of the cutter 14 peels the mortar 21 with a predetermined thickness off the concrete framework 20.
