Disclosed are a coating film waterproofing material spray device, capable of enhancing work efficiency, a coating film waterproofing material sprayed by the same, and a coating film layer. According to the present invention, the coating film waterproofing material spray device comprises: a cooker (200) melting a solid coating film waterproofing material (30) into a gel state to store the same while being mounted on a driving vehicle or a loading vehicle (100) towed in a rear part of the driving vehicle, and including a discharge duct (210) formed in a rear side to discharge the coating film waterproofing material of the gel state on a working surface; a pair of support frames (300) supported to both sides of the rear side of the loading vehicle (100) to be able to be vertically lifted/lowered by a hydraulic cylinder (310); a spreading unit (400) to laterally spread the coating film waterproofing material (30) discharged through the discharge duct (210) of the cooker (200) in accordance with the width of a road while being installed around a free end (311) of the support frame (300); and a scraper (500) scraping the coating film waterproofing material (30) spread by the spreading unit (400) to coat the same by a predetermined thickness while being installed in the free end of the support frame (300), which is a rear side of the spreading unit (400).
도막 방수재 도포장치 및 이 도막 방수재 도포장치에 의해 도포되는 도막 방수재 그리고, 도막 레이어가 개시되어 있다.이 중, 도막 방수재 도포장치는 주행차 또는 주행차의 후방에 견인 설치되는 적재차(100)에 안착 설치된 채, 고상의 도막 방수재(30)를 젤상으로 용융시켜 보관하며, 후방에 젤상의 도막 방수재를 작업면으로 배출하기 위한 배출덕트(210)가 마련된 쿠커(200); 상기 적재차(100)의 후방 양측에 유압실린더(310)에 의해 상하 방향으로 승강 가능하게 지지되는 한 쌍의 지지프레임(300); 상기 지지프레임(300)의 자유단(311) 부근에 설치된 채 상기 쿠커(200)의 배출덕트(210)를 통해 배출되는 도막 방수재(30)를 도로폭에 맞게 좌우로 퍼뜨려 주는 확산유닛(400); 및 상기 확산유닛(400)의 후방인 상기 지지프레임(300)의 자유단에 설치된 채, 상기 확산유닛(400)에 의해 퍼진 도막 방수재(30)를 스크레이핑하여 일정한 두께로 도포되도록 하는 스크레이퍼(500);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
