HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FOR GRIPPER
The present invention relates to a hydraulic device for a gripper capable of smoothly gripping an atypical object having a complicated appearance by configuring finger units capable of gripping an object to independently be driven; and moreover, increases work efficiency during gripping and transferring of the object by configuring the gripping force of the finger units to variably be adjusted. To achieve this in accordance with the present invention, the hydraulic device for the gripper which drives at least one finger unit formed with a pair of fingers, includes hydraulic cylinders installed to correspond to each finger unit to narrow or widened pairs of the finger of the finger unit, wherein the hydraulic cylinders are extended by hydraulic fluid introduced into a first chamber of one side thereof, and contracted by the hydraulic fluid introduced into a second chamber of the other side thereof, comprising: first and second hydraulic pumps to pump and discharge hydraulic fluid of an oil tank having discharge pressures and discharge flow rates different from each other; and a valve means to adjust a gripping speed and a gripping force of each finger unit by variably adjusting an extension speed and an extension pressure while a hydraulic cylinder is extended by controlling flow of the hydraulic oil introduced and discharged to a first and a second chamber of the hydraulic cylinder from a first and a second hydraulic pump.
본 발명은 그리퍼용 유압장치에 관한 것으로서, 물건을 파지할 수 있는 핑거유닛들을 각각 독립적으로 구동시킬 수 있도록 구성함으로써, 외관 형상이 복잡한 비정형 물건을 원활하게 파지할 수 있고, 아울러 핑거유닛들의 파지력을 가변 조절할 수 있도록 구성함으로써, 물건의 파지 및 운반 시에 작업효율을 높일 수 있도록 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명은, 한 쌍의 핑거들로 구성된 적어도 하나 이상의 핑거유닛을 구동시키는 것으로, 핑거유닛의 핑거쌍들을 오므리거나 펼 수 있도록 각 핑거유닛에 대응되게 설치되는 유압실린더들을 포함하며, 유압실린더는 일측의 제 1챔버에 도입되는 작동유에 의해 신장되고, 타측의 제 2챔버에 도입되는 작동유에 의해 수축되는 그리퍼용 유압장치에 있어서, 오일탱크의 작동유를 펌핑하여 토출하되, 서로 다른 토출압력과 토출유량을 갖는 제 1유압펌프와 제 2유압펌프 및; 제 1유압펌프와 제 2유압펌프로부터 유압실린더의 제 1 및 제 2챔버로 도입 및 배출되는 작동유의 흐름을 제어함에 따라, 유압실린더를 신축시킴과 아울러 신축속도와 신축압력을 가변 조절하여, 각 핑거유닛의 파지속도와 파지력을 조절하는 밸브수단을 구비한다.

To achieve this in accordance with the present invention, the hydraulic device for the gripper which drives at least one finger unit formed with a pair of fingers, includes hydraulic cylinders installed to correspond to each finger unit to narrow or widened pairs of the finger of the finger unit, wherein the hydraulic cylinders are extended by hydraulic fluid introduced into a first chamber of one side thereof, and contracted by the hydraulic fluid introduced into a second chamber of the other side thereof, comprising: first and second hydraulic pumps to pump and discharge hydraulic fluid of an oil tank having discharge pressures and discharge flow rates different from each other; and a valve means to adjust a gripping speed and a gripping force of each finger unit by variably adjusting an extension speed and an extension pressure while a hydraulic cylinder is extended by controlling flow of the hydraulic oil introduced and discharged to a first and a second chamber of the hydraulic cylinder from a first and a second hydraulic pump.
본 발명은 그리퍼용 유압장치에 관한 것으로서, 물건을 파지할 수 있는 핑거유닛들을 각각 독립적으로 구동시킬 수 있도록 구성함으로써, 외관 형상이 복잡한 비정형 물건을 원활하게 파지할 수 있고, 아울러 핑거유닛들의 파지력을 가변 조절할 수 있도록 구성함으로써, 물건의 파지 및 운반 시에 작업효율을 높일 수 있도록 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명은, 한 쌍의 핑거들로 구성된 적어도 하나 이상의 핑거유닛을 구동시키는 것으로, 핑거유닛의 핑거쌍들을 오므리거나 펼 수 있도록 각 핑거유닛에 대응되게 설치되는 유압실린더들을 포함하며, 유압실린더는 일측의 제 1챔버에 도입되는 작동유에 의해 신장되고, 타측의 제 2챔버에 도입되는 작동유에 의해 수축되는 그리퍼용 유압장치에 있어서, 오일탱크의 작동유를 펌핑하여 토출하되, 서로 다른 토출압력과 토출유량을 갖는 제 1유압펌프와 제 2유압펌프 및; 제 1유압펌프와 제 2유압펌프로부터 유압실린더의 제 1 및 제 2챔버로 도입 및 배출되는 작동유의 흐름을 제어함에 따라, 유압실린더를 신축시킴과 아울러 신축속도와 신축압력을 가변 조절하여, 각 핑거유닛의 파지속도와 파지력을 조절하는 밸브수단을 구비한다.
