The present invention relates to an apparatus to supply plastering mortar pasted to plaster a base, such as a wall, a ceiling, a floor, etc., to a trowel. According to the present invention, the apparatus comprises: a main body (10) having a predetermined internal volume, having a lid (11) hinge-coupled to a top thereof, having a plurality of casters (15) installed in a bottom thereof, and having a viewing window (13) installed on a side surface thereof; a stirrer (21) including a plurality of blades axially coupled to a motor (20) installed in the lid (11) to mix mortar (m) inside the main body (10); a pump (22) installed inside the main body (10) to pump up the mixed mortar (m); a hose (23) of a predetermined length connected to an outlet of the pump (22); the trowel (24) coupled to one end of the hose (23), having a grip (25) formed in an upper part thereof, and having a plurality of injection holes (27) perforated on a flat bottom surface thereof; and a control panel (30) installed on one side of the main body (10) to set, display, and control operation of the motor (20) and the pump (22). According to the present invention, when plastering a ceiling, a wall, a floor, and the like in a construction site, the mixed mortar is directly supplied to the trowel through the hose by each constant amount without separately plastering the mortar to maximize efficiency in a plastering work, thereby reducing time and expense in accordance with the plastering work.
본 발명은 벽체, 천장 또는 바닥 등의 바탕에 미장을 위하여 반죽된 모르타르를 흙손으로 공급하는 장치에 관한 것으로, 일정의 내부 용적을 갖고 상단에 절첩되는 뚜껑(11)이 힌지 결합되며 하단에 복수의 캐스터(15)가 장착되고 측면에 투시창(13)이 설치된 본체(10); 상기 뚜껑(11)에 설치된 모터(20)에 축 결합되어 본체(10) 내부의 모르타르(m)를 혼합하는 복수의 날개가 구비된 교반기(21); 상기 본체(10) 내측에 설치되어 혼합된 모르타르(m)를 펌핑하는 펌프(22); 상기 펌프(22)의 출구에 연결된 일정 길이의 호스(23); 상기 호스(23) 일단에 결합되고 상부에 손잡이(25)가 구비되며 편평한 하단면에 복수의 분출공(27)이 관통 형성된 흙손(24), 및 상기 본체(10) 일측에 장착되어 모터(20) 및 펌프(22)의 작동을 설정, 표시 및 제어하는 컨트롤패널(30)을 포함하여 이루어진 것이다. 본 발명은 건축 현장에서 벽, 천장, 바닥 등을 미장을 할 때에 모르타르를 따로 반죽하지 않아도 되고, 반죽된 모르타르를 일정량씩 호스를 통해 흙손으로 직접 공급되도록 하여 미장 공사의 효율성을 극대화시켜 미장공사에 따른 시간과 비용을 절감한 것이다.
The present invention relates to an apparatus to supply plastering mortar pasted to plaster a base, such as a wall, a ceiling, a floor, etc., to a trowel. 본 발명은 벽체, 천장 또는 바닥 등의 바탕에 미장을 위하여 반죽된 모르타르를 흙손으로 공급하는 장치에 관한 것으로, 일정의 내부 용적을 갖고 상단에 절첩되는 뚜껑(11)이 힌지 결합되며 하단에 복수의 캐스터(15)가 장착되고 측면에 투시창(13)이 설치된 본체(10); 상기 뚜껑(11)에 설치된 모터(20)에 축 결합되어 본체(10) 내부의 모르타르(m)를 혼합하는 복수의 날개가 구비된 교반기(21); 상기 본체(10) 내측에 설치되어 혼합된 모르타르(m)를 펌핑하는 펌프(22); 상기 펌프(22)의 출구에 연결된 일정 길이의 호스(23); 상기 호스(23) 일단에 결합되고 상부에 손잡이(25)가 구비되며 편평한 하단면에 복수의 분출공(27)이 관통 형성된 흙손(24), 및 상기 본체(10) 일측에 장착되어 모터(20) 및 펌프(22)의 작동을 설정, 표시 및 제어하는 컨트롤패널(30)을 포함하여 이루어진 것이다. 본 발명은 건축 현장에서 벽, 천장, 바닥 등을 미장을 할 때에 모르타르를 따로 반죽하지 않아도 되고, 반죽된 모르타르를 일정량씩 호스를 통해 흙손으로 직접 공급되도록 하여 미장 공사의 효율성을 극대화시켜 미장공사에 따른 시간과 비용을 절감한 것이다.
