The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a floor material with excellent flame resistance and slip preventability. More specifically, a method of manufacturing a floor material includes: a step of manufacturing a sheet by casting, melting and extruding, or blowing and molding a composition including polyvinyl chloride, a plasticizer, titanium dioxide, a flame retardant, and a thermal stabilizer; a step of stacking the sheet on a side or both sides of a fabric; and a step of making the composition permeate into the fabric by thermally bonding the fabric with the sheet stacked on the fabric. The present invention is capable of manufacturing a floor material having excellent bonding strength with a fabric, and having excellent properties such as flame resistance, thermal resistance, sound absorbability, thermal insulation, durability, weatherability, and slip preventability. Moreover, the present invention is capable of providing a floor material manufactured through a simple manufacturing process, having excellent washing and storage properties, and stably used for a long period of time with the excellent flame resistance, thermal resistance, sound absorbability, thermal insulation, durability, weatherability, and slip preventability.
본 발명은 난연성 및 미끄럼방지 특성이 우수한 바닥재의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 폴리염화비닐, 가소제, 이산화티탄, 난연제 및 열안정제를 포함하는 조성물을 캐스팅, 용융압출 또는 블로우 몰딩하여 시트를 제조하는 단계; 직물의 한 면 또는 양 면에 상기 시트를 적층하는 단계; 및 상기 시트가 적층된 직물을 열접착하여 상기 조성물을 직물 내부로 침투시키는 단계를 포함하는 난연 바닥재의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 직물과의 접착강도가 우수하고 난연성, 내열성, 흡음성, 단열성, 내구성, 내후성, 미끄럼방지 특성 등이 우수한 바닥재의 제조방법을 제공할 수 있다. 또한 본 발명은 보관 및 세척이 우수하고 제조공정이 간단할 뿐 아니라 난연성, 내열성, 흡음성, 단열성, 내구성, 내후성, 미끄럼방지 특성 등이 우수하여 장기간 안정적으로 사용될 수 있는 바닥재를 제공할 수 있다.
