Unit type curtain wall having double insulated structure
The present invention relates to a unit-type curtain wall having a dual insulation structure. According to the present invention, the unit-type curtain wall comprises a pair of vertical frames and a pair of horizontal frames to be assembled as a single body in a rectangular shape. On an outdoor side of the frames mounted is glass. The unit-type curtain wall is assembled in a factory to be installed in a site. The frames placed on both sides of the curtain wall comprise: a metal frame placed on an external side of a unit having both ends protruding to an external side of the unit and to have each front end of the protruding parts doubly bent towards an indoor side and an outdoor side, having a fastening bump unit on an end unit; and an insulation frame made of synthetic resin materials in a ㄷ shape to be placed on an internal side of the unit and have a fastening groove unit on each end unit bent in a ㄷ shape, thereby being fastened and assembled as a single body by surrounding the metal frame with the fastening bump unit fastened with the fastening groove unit. On a part of the metal frame protruding to an external side of the unit moreover are formed a first fastening groove, a second fastening groove, and a gasket fastening groove to be fastened with the unit installed nearby. The present invention is to provide a unit-type curtail wall, which has uniform, excellent quality and improved watertightness and airtightness to remarkably reduce a construction time and to remarkably improve a performance of insulation of a frame.
본 발명에 따른 이중단열 구조를 구비한 유니트 방식의 커튼월은, 각각 한 쌍씩의 수직프레임과 수평프레임으로 이루어져 사각 형상으로 일체로 조립되며, 프레임의 실외측에 유리가 장착되어 공장에서 조립되고 현장에서 설치만 하는 유니트 방식의 커튼월인데, 상기 커튼월의 좌우측에 각각 배치되는 프레임은, 금속으로 제작되어 유니트의 외측에 배치되고, 각 프레임의 양단(兩端)이 유니트의 외측으로 돌출되어 구성되며, 돌출된 부분의 각 선단(先端)이 실내 및 실외측으로 각각 2중절곡되면서 그 단부에 체결돌부가 형성된 금속프레임; 합성수지 재질로 단면(斷面)이 'ㄷ'자 형상으로 제작되어 유니트의 내측에 위치하게 되고, 'ㄷ'자 형상으로 절곡된 각 단부에 체결요홈부가 형성되어, 상기 체결돌부에 체결요홈부가 체결되어 금속프레임을 감싸면서 일체로 체결되어 조립되는 단열프레임을 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 금속프레임에서 유니트의 외측으로 돌출된 부분에는 인접하여 설치되는 유니트와의 체결을 위해 제1 및 제2체결홈과 가스켓체결홈이 각각 더 형성되어 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a unit-type curtain wall having a dual insulation structure. According to the present invention, the unit-type curtain wall comprises a pair of vertical frames and a pair of horizontal frames to be assembled as a single body in a rectangular shape.
