Reduction assembley for a way reduction option module
The present invention relates to a speed reduction apparatus of a rotary roll which does not operate when the wound rotary roll is pulled to move downwards in order to block sunlight or harmful insects by covering a window frame or a door frame, but operates only when the loosened rotary roll on a bottom side is wound to move upwards. More specifically, the present invention relates to a speed reduction direction select module of a speed reduction apparatus and a speed reduction assembly comprising the same, capable of allowing a user to randomly select and change a speed reduction direction of the speed reduction apparatus to conveniently deal with a change in structure of the rotary roll and in an installation position of the rotary roll. According to the present invention, the speed reduction direction select module with the one-way function is classified into a housing and a cam shaft installed in a hollow unit of the housing. On both sides of an internal surface of the hollow unit of the housing formed is a long pin groove. On a center of the cam shaft installed in the hollow unit of the housing formed is a shaft hole with a cross-shaped cross-section into which an attenuation shaft of the speed reduction module is inserted. On an outer circumferential surface on a top side of the cam shaft formed is a movement section with hanging bumps on a top and bottom side. When a bump of a cam pin inserted into the pin grooves on both sides of an internal surface of the housing is guided along the movement section to hang on the hanging bumps formed on the top and bottom sides of the movement section, a speed is reduced through a speed reduction module axially connected to the speed reduction direction select module.
본 발명은 창틀 또는 문틀을 가려 햇빛을 차단하거나 또는 해충을 차단하기 위해 감겨 있던 회전롤을 당겨 하부로 이동시킬 때는 작동되지 않고, 하부에 풀려있던 회전롤이 감기면서 상부로 올라갈 때만 작동되는 회전롤의 감속장치에 있어서, 특히, 상기 감속장치의 감속 방향을 임의로 선택 변경할 수 있음에 따라 회전롤의 구조변경 및 회전롤의 설치 위치 변화에도 간편히 대응할 수 있도록 한 감속장치의 감속방향 선택모듈 및 그를 포함하는 감속어셈블리에 관한것으로서, 원웨이기능의 감속방향 선택모듈은 하우징과 그 중공부에 축설되는 캠축으로 구분되어 하우징의 중공부 내면 양측에는 핀홈이 길게 형성되며, 하우징의 중공부에 축설되는 캠축은 그 중심으로 상기 감속모듈의 감쇄축이 삽입되는 십자형단면의 축공이 관통 형성되고, 캠축의 상부측 외주면에는 상,하로 걸림턱을 갖는 이동구간이 형성되어 상기 하우징 내면의 양측 핀홈에 끼움 안내된 캠핀의 돌기가 이동구간을 따라 안내되다가 이동구간 상,하에 형성된 걸림턱에 걸리는 시점에서 감속방향 선택모듈과 축 연결되는 감속모듈을 통한 감속이 이루어짐을 특징으로 한다.
