Sliding Gate Apparatus to prevent Inserting earth and sand to intake water naturally at Intake Station
The present invention relates to a sliding gate apparatus to naturally take water and prevent inflow of earth and sand in a water intake station, capable of preventing earth and sand from flowing in a water intake pipe when a water level is lowered in the water intake station. According to the present invention, the apparatus comprises: an underwater pump placed at a constant height from a floor under the water of the water intake station to pump up the water to supply the water to a water purification plant; an earth and sand inflow prevention cage to seal a bottom surface of a rectangular basket shape to surround the underwater pump and having a side surface formed with comb teeth having a gap; a water intake pipe connected to the underwater pump to transfer the water to the water purification plant; a screen through which the water intake pipe is penetrated; a fixation/support part of an L shape to support the screen; a screen fixation part to fixate the fixation/support part to the screen between the screen and the fixation/support part; a safety footplate coupled to the fixation/support part ; a floodgate fixation part coupled to left and right sides of the safety footplate to fixate a floodgate; a floodgate operation device coupled to the floodgate fixation part to operate the floodgate; a two-stage sliding gate coupled to the floodgate operation device to be vertically moved; and a base part formed in a lower part of the screen and a floodgate of the two-stage sliding gate.
본 발명 취수장 자연취수 및 토사유입 방지용 슬라이딩 게이트 장치는 취수장의 수면 아래 바닥에서부터 일정 높이에 위치하여 물을 펌핑하여 정수장으로 공급하는 수중 펌프와, 상기 수중 펌프를 둘러싸도록 사각형 바구니 형상으로 바닥면을 밀폐되고 측면은 틈새가 있는 빗살로 구성된 토사유입 방지용 케이지와, 상기 수중 펌프에 연결되어 물을 정수장으로 송수하는 취수 관과, 상기 취수 관이 관통하는 스크린과, 상기 스크린을 지지하는 "ㄴ" 형상의 고정 지지부와, 상기 스크린과 고정 지지부에 사이에서 스크린을 고정 지지부에 고정시키는 스크린 고정부와, 고정 지지부에 체결되는 안전발판과, 상기 안전발판 좌우측에 체결되어 수문을 고정시키는 수문 고정부와, 상기 수문 고정부에 체결되어 수문을 조작하는 수문 조작용 장치와, 상기 수문 조작용 장치에 결합되어 상하로 이동하는 2단 슬라이딩 게이트와, 상기 스크린과 2단 슬라이딩 게이트 수문 하부에 구성되는 베이스부로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.
