Corridor safety railing for building evacuation
The present invention relates to a corridor type safety handrail for evacuation in a building. An existing evacuation device installed in a veranda for stairs to downwardly be unfolded in an emergency has problems difficult to be evacuated due to acrophobia when a person wanting to be evacuated is move and is incapable of moving a patient who cannot move, and a wheelchair which is a carrying means for the patient. According to the present invention, when it is difficult to be evacuated from a household of a high rise building through a front door during an emergency situation such as intrusion of an outsider or a fire, a safety handrail is deployed forward from a handrail of the veranda to ensure a corridor (passage) in order to quickly realize evacuation to a safe neighboring household with a wall interposed therebetween; thereby allowing people of all ages and both sexes and a wheelchair carrying a patient who cannot move to quickly and easily be evacuated. The present invention comprises: a veranda handrail; an evacuation safety handrail; side surface supporting means; a footplate folding means; a fixing means; and an emergency alarm means.
본 발명은 건물 대피용 복도식 안전난간에 관한 것으로서, 기존 베란다에 설치되어 비상시 하향식으로 계단이 펼쳐지도록 하는 대피장치는 대피자가 이동할 때 고소공포증에 의해 탈출이 용이하지 않고, 또한 거동이 불편한 환자 및 그 운반수단인 휠체어의 이동이 불가능한 문제점이 있었던 바, 본 발명은 고층건물의 입주세대로 외부인의 침입 또는 화재와 같은 긴급상황 발생 시 현관을 이용하여 대피가 곤란할 경우 벽체를 사이에 둔 안전한 옆세대로 신속하게 대피하도록 베란다 난간에서 전방으로 전개시켜 복도(통로)를 확보하는 안전난간을 설치하여 남녀노소 및 거동이 불편한 환자를 운반하는 휠체어가 신속하고 용이하게 대피할 수 있도록 하는 건물 대피용 복도식 안전난간을 제공할 수 있는 것이다.
