VERSATILE ECO-FRIENDLY FINISHING COMPOSITION FOR COATING SURFACE AND COATING METHOD FOR COATING SURFACE OF CONCRETE STRUCTURE THEREWITH
The present invention relates to a multifunctional eco-friendly surface finishing coating agent composition and a surface finishing coating method of a concrete structure using the same. The multifunctional eco-friendly surface finishing coating agent composition of the present invention comprises 5 to 98 wt% of an inorganic filler, 1 to 70 wt% of an admixture, and 1 to 30 wt% of water, wherein the inorganic filler includes 5 to 90 wt% of alumina cement, 5 to 40 wt% of blast furnace slag fine powder with a fineness of 4,000 cm^2/g or more, 0.1 to 30 wt% of glass bubble, 0.1 to 30 wt% of vermiculite, 0.1 to 30 wt% of sericite powder, 0.1 to 20 wt% of magnesium aluminum silicate, 0.1 to 20 wt% of siliceous silica, 0.01 to 10 wt% of bentonite, and 0.01 to 10 wt% of magnesium oxide. The multifunctional eco-friendly surface finishing coating agent composition according to the present invention can realize life increase of the concrete structure, reduction of maintenance cost, and improvement of constructability by having excellent water leak stopping function, self-healing properties, workability, resistance to chloride attack, chemical resistance, neutralization resistance, durability, adhesion, waterproof property and the like.
본 발명은, 무기 충전재 5∼98중량%, 기능성 혼화제 1∼70중량% 및 물 1~30중량%를 포함하며, 상기 알루미나 시멘트 5∼90중량%, 분말도가 4,000 cm/g이상인 고로슬래그 미분말 5∼40중량%, 글라스 버블 0.1~30중량%, 질석 0.1~30중량%, 견운모 분말 0.1~30중량%, 마그네슘알루미늄실리케이트 0.1∼20중량%, 실리카질 규사 0.1~20중량%, 벤토나이트 0.01~10중량% 및 산화 마그네슘 0.01∼10중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능 친환경 표면 마감 코팅제 조성물 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트 구조물 표면 마감 코팅 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 지수성능, 자기 치유성, 작업성, 내염해성, 내화학성, 중성화 저항성, 내구성, 부착성, 방수성 등이 우수하여 콘크리트 구조물의 공용기간 증가, 유지보수비용 절감 및 시공성 향상을 구현할 수 있다.
