The present invention relates to an insulation fixture for a residential house used to fixate an insulation material to an aluminum foam to form a concrete slab or a concrete wall. The insulation fixture comprises: a tensile band (40) passing through an insulation material (22); a foam screw coupling part (42); an escape hole (43) formed in the tensile band (40); vertical guide channels (44, 45) formed on a right and left side of the escape hole (43); an elevation pin (50) having square-chamfering parts (52, 54) formed on both ends thereof; entrances (44g, 45g) formed on the vertical guide channels (44, 45); an insulation pressing plate (60); a spring insertion slot (46) formed on a center of a lower end of the escape hole (43); a spring locking groove (51) formed in the elevation pin (50); a spring locking hole (47); a tensile spring (70) having both ends locked with the spring locking groove (51) and the spring locking hole (47); an interference preventing part (65) having a semi-cylindrical shape surrounding a half exterior of the tensile spring (70); pin rotary parts (44t, 45t); rotation preventing protrusions (44a, 45a); and latch parts (62, 63). The insulation fixture is able to minimize damage to insulation material by reducing resistance while penetrating the insulation material.
